Nestled into the ocean front Beit Yam is a bright, well appointed 2000 square feet home with panoramic ocean views from almost every room. The views span from the vast open sea across the sweeping curve of the Manchester State Beach all the way to the Point Arena Light House.
While you are soaking in the spa, watching the beacon from the Point Arena Light House, you may enjoy a complimentary bottle of Anderson Valley wine. If you bring your children, they could be sleeping in the den, just a few feet away.
The fresh ocean air and the fact we do not allow pets or amoking, provides Beit Yam the added feature of being an asthma and allergy free zone.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$200/night for 7 or more nights
$225/night for weekdays (Monday-Thursday) except holidays
$250/night for weekends (Friday-Sunday) including holidays
Holidays are limited to Thanksgiving and Christmas.
11% local tax (only on the nightly rate)
$125 cleaning fee.
$250 refundable security deposit
$4,500 monthly rate May-September; $3,000 monthly rate October-April

Susan, As you know, we got the key and had a great weekend. We did grill dinners on the deck, but Queenie’s worked out great for breakfast. Thanks for the Mazel, I hope we can make a visit to your beach home an annual outing as our grand daughter gets older. By the way, it’s such a pleasure to stay somewhere where everything works!
