This luxury condo has one of the best locations in Kaanapali. It is beautifully and professionally designed to help you relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. It is the perfect vacation choice for a romantic escape. We love coming for the relaxation, ocean sounds, and superb snorkeling at four nearby sites (Honolua Bay, Black Rock, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay), not to mention the warm people and beautiful views.
Sunsets are spectaclar from the Lanai you can see miles of open uncrowded beach in which to snorkel the pristine coral reefs. The view from your Lanai includes a spectacular show of humpback whales from December through March. The sites are ever-changing - with sailboats, cruise ships, snorkelers, sea turtles, and sunbathers. Across the ocean lies the islands of Moloka and Lanai, where sunsets are glorious to behold from the comfort of your private lanai.
The Mahana resort is located at the northern end of golden Kaanapali Beach, considered one of the world's best, warmed by the Maui sun and overlooking the islands of Lanai and Molokai.
Our accommodations include master bedroom suite with bathroom, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and sweeping views. We are located on the 3rd Floor in the Lanai building.
A very short walk is a shopping center including Stars supermarket, the "Best Coffee in Maui" cafe, Pizza Paradiso, Subway, a video/DVD rental store, Soup Nutz's superb fresh soups.

Aloha & Mahalo Alicia & Bob, This was Jeremy and my wedding dream and it came true for us on Aug 10/07. We could not have asked for a nicer condo to stay in and truly complete our whole experience. We love Maui and for good reason but accommodation is important to us and we felt so at home in your condo. Nights on the lanai were fantastic and runs on the beach in the morning were so convenient and breath taking. We are off now to Kauai and then Oahu to celebrate our honeymoon – but we will be back to your unit in the future. Thank-you so much for sharing your place in paradise. Aloha Alicia & bob We came in late afternoon Weds 7/25/0. We wholeheartedly agree with the previous guests in that unit 316 is way more than promised – it is perfect. We can’t think of a single thing it lacks – we even loved the pillows. We ate at the O’hana lounge at Sunterra Weds. Because of our arrival time but discovered the Fish Market on Thursday have now grilled out dinner 3 times! We’ve had a different kind each time but our favorite is the Ono (fabulous) As land-locked Coloradoans we made a pact to eat fish every single day… so for we have. Tonight it’s luau time and tomorrow will be our last dinner here – wah!! We visited Napili this am and while it’s pretty. We prefer the beach to the left of the building! Dear Alicia & Bob, As our time here draws to a close, words seem inadequate to express the beauty of this place. We really enjoyed our time here. Carl & I came to Maui to celebrate our 30th anniversary. (This was our 1st trip to Maui). The pictures we saw on the internet – we – let’s just say we were even more impressed with the view when we walked in the door of your home! Amazing! We have had a perfect lend of exciting activities (road to Hana, Haleakala crater, snorkeling) & relaxing. We hate to leave this beautiful paradise called Maui. Alicia and Bob, As Nancy and I prepare to leave, we will take with us fond memories of our week here in Maui and of your apartment. Previously, we have visited Maui on several occasions. On the last we traveled with our two daughters and my brothers family. On that trip we stayed in other units at the Mahana. This tie with each of our kids participating in separate language immersion programs, we cam e alone. What a fabulous time and place this was for us to rewind. You wonderful apartment suited us particularly well! On the way here, we stocked up at Costco that allows us to spend most of our time cutting back while we limited out need to go out to eat. Your well stocked and beautifully furnished condo helped in that regard. Also, we traveled with a laptop and sever DVD’s. Because your unit is “tech’ed up”, we enjoy both to the fullest. Finally we found your location on the 3rd floor to be ideal – far enough above the action to feel comfortable and close enough to feel a part of the beach. Thank for letting us use your unit. We took care to treat it gently and to respect your guidelines. Hopefully you will allow us to return sometime in the future. Nancy and Mark Z

Alicia & Bob, This has been one of the most incredible vacations of my life! I spent the first part of m week in Wailea with Team in Training (the Leukemia Society) We did a triathlon to raise $ for treat for Leukemia patents. Your condo provides the perfect place to complete our stay (Now I know why you laughed when I asked if there were pretty beaches outside your condo). The view from here is spectacular and the sound of the waves sings you to sleep at night. We are already planning our return trip, next year. Thank you again for the wonderful place to stay. Alicia & Bob, Thank you for an incredible place! What a place of beauty. I have loved my 2nd visit to Hawaii. My first visit was to Kaui & Oahu. I have truly enjoyed the contrast of Maui. It is so great to see God’s creation. Being from Oklahoma, waking up to the ocean and its splendor is a gift and a blessing. I can’t wait to return and see more of Hawaii for its people are charming and the beauty seems to draw you closer to God. Aloha! My husband and I are at the end of our honeymoon leaving tonight to head back home (Washington State). We have both been to Maui before, each with our own families. However, this visit was very special and one we will remember for the rest of our lives. It was nice to know that we had a great room to come home to every night. Our honeymoon was filled with many activities including sport-fishing, luau, and snorkeling. On our sport fishing adventure we were fortunate to catch a 25lb ono and 10 lb mahi mahi. Our most favorite activity was eating at many fabulous restaurants. Well now its 11:00 am and time for checkout. We had a great honeymoon-vacation and we hope to come back and visit.
