  We stayed at the other property that Emeka owns - the Island Surf condo in Kihei. This was the best vacation I've ever been on! The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, spacious and the views were breath taking. Eating breakfast one morning in the kitchen, I happened to glance up and look towards the ocean. lucky me the whales were passing by! I could not believe my eyes! Every morning we'd see them from the lanai! Emeka is great! He offered great advice and was extremely helpful before and during our holiday. We will definitely return and hopefully one of Emeka's condo's will be available! If you haven't been to Maui, I definitely recommend staying either at the Island surf or Maui Parkshore that he owns! He makes your holiday easy and stress free. Thanks again Emeka! You truly are one of the good guys! Shelley and Barclay Uruski

  We have been vacationing in Kihei for many years, this is our favorite place in the world. We have stayed in various properties but I must say, we really did enjoy this condo the best! We really appreciated how close was it to Kamaole 3 beach, the smaller size of the resort, the amenities-especially the pool and we found the condo to be very practical, well equipped and organized. It has a really nice feel. The kitchen is quite large and has ocean view. It is open to the living room and ocean view lanai, which I love because I could chat with my husband when cooking. We also enjoyed the outdoor grills very much and met a lot of wonderful people and had a lot of fun times while grilling there. Both of the bedrooms are well equipped and have plenty of storage. We really enjoyed the way the property was decorated as well. The location of Maui Parkshore Resort is superb. Right by 5-star Wailea hotels, by the best beaches on the Island and still close to some shops and restaurants. A lot of people we met here come year after year and we can see why.

  What a great place, clean and well maintained we would highly recommend this condo to all. The owners were so professional from start to the finish of our holiday in paradise. The unit was as pictured and the location as described. If you’re thinking of staying in the Kihei area please consider this complex and specifically this condo you will not be disappointed. The grounds, pools and barbeque area are kept spotless, so close to the beach and some great restaurants.

  This condo is amazing. It has everything you will need for your stay in Maui. The lanai is huge with ocean and pool views. The condo really felt like "home away from home". The complex itself is great - right across the street from one of the best beaches in Maui. The swimming pool is very nice and the grounds are meticulously maintained. There are lots of shops and some great restaurants within walking distance and everything else is just a short drive away. Sandra was great to work with. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

  We have been visiting Maui Parkshore for many years now every winter. We really love the complex because it is on a smaller scale and right by the most wonderful beach-Kam 3. It has a very relaxed feel and is very nice and clean. We have stayed at different units and I must say we really like this one the best so far. It has a very nice location within the building looking over the pool and the ocean-most units here look over parking lot and being on the South facing side, we found this unit much cooler. We definitely hang out on the lanai much more this time because if that. I noticed couple of reviewers mentioning that the furniture could be newer. I think it is just fine, this is a beach condo and that is pretty much what you get on Maui. The hotels down the road charge $400 a night for a small room.. We found the unit to be very comfortable and well equipped and in line with everything else here. It was a great value and we really enjoyed it. We will be definitely coming back to this one again!

  We stayed with another couple in this cute little place and we loved it. Our favorite thing to do was hanging out on the balcony on the lounge chairs while the sun was setting talking and planning our activities for the next day. It's so beautiful and it's quiet! Our friends were the early risers (around 5am) and you can see the guy already cleaning the pool. They put in a lot of work maintaining the grounds and making sure everything is clean and ready to go. We loved having a dedicated parking space even though once or twice someone parked in our spot. A quick call to the the manager and it was resolved. The beach is SO close and so are a lot of the great places to eat (Kihei Caffe and Da Kitchen, anyone?). The decor was nice and bright and the beds were super comfortable. The couch could use some new springs but we didn't care since we weren't in the condo a lot. There is both elevator and stair access and the garbage chute is close by as well. I would also like to thank the owners and property manager as I had left a hair straightener there and they mailed it back to me. They went out of their way just to make sure I got it back. Awesome!

  We expected a quiet, well maintained simple condo that would be a nice place for our family of three. We were more than disappointed when we arrived to find that the pool was located adjacent to the parking lot right on S. Kihei road, is surrounded by astro turf and has signs prohibiting the use of toys. The BBQ area is a few run down tables under a roof. And then we went inside, the condo is cinder brink walls, the ones that are sheetrock are patched and dingy. The furniture is falling apart in every room. It was stuffy and hot, but with the windows open was so loud from from the neighboring units and the road we couldn't sleep. After one night in this place we packed up and moved to salvage our vacation. The owners were unapologetic and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Don't be fooled by the clever wording and stagged photos. Find a condo worth your money

  My husband, my parents and I stayed in this condo in mid-November. When we arrived we were pleased to find that it was easy to access and clean. It has an open and airy feel. It doesn't have A/C but we found that we didn't miss it. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare out meals. We really enjoyed the bbq set up in the common area. My favorite thing about the condo is it's proximity to the beach. It was also nice that they had what we needed for the beach already there. Especially great were the two coolers that we could use to take drinks and food down to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

  Our Maui vacation was everything that we were hoping it to be as far as weather, activities, attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately the only thing that fell short was this rental. The location is as described and is in a perfect location, close to the beach, all amenities, connecting highways etc. The condo was not completely what we were lead to believe and the pictures that are posted are obviously not recent. The beds were not comfortable with the queen bed in the master room having a sway into the middle as well as the mattress pad that was on the bed was like sleeping on plastic! The furniture in the bedrooms was old and falling apart. The furniture in the living space needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. The furniture on the lanai was stained and torn. As well we found it inconvenient not to have a local phone line and when I tried to contact the owner to arrange the use of the prepaid cell that they mention she did not get back to me until we were home once again. Fortunately we did not spend a lot of time in the condo and the rest of the complex was wonderful and well kept. Our favorite restaurant although a bit pricey was Mama's Fish House in Piai and if you are looking for someplace for a special meal this is the place you would like to go just ensure you book a reservation as they are almost always booked solid. We also enjoyed the Old Lahina Luau which you also need to prebook but it is well worth it. The Maui Ocean Centre and a trip up to Haleakala are also must do activities as well as all the wonderful water activities such as the trips which take you to turtle island to snorkle amongst the wonderful turtles and view all the life below. I took my children on this trip as a 1 year memorial trip to mark the loss of my husband and their dad and to begin making wonderful memories and move forward. We were successful in this as it was a great trip and we made a lot of wonderful new memories. We would all love to return to Maui as it is a wonderful place to rest, relax and recharge and we would love to stay in this complex but not this condo unless some serious upgrading was to take place.

We will definitely look into it and ensure all is in tip top shape. The photos online are current, we did take hem couple of years ago. We keep updating our unit on consistent basis. For example this year we purchased new flat screen TV, brand new mattress for the master bedroom, many new kitchen tools and utensils, painted the condo and much more. We work hard to make sure our guests are happy. We really do appreciate any feedback!

  My husband, myself and our 3-year-old son traveled quite a distance to enjoy a vacation in Maui! We spent 10 days there and enjoyed ourselves immensely! This condo was a perfect for us...nice kitchen space for making our meals, washer/dryer, beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and with a view of the beach and a great organization of living room/sleeping spaces. Everyone felt comfortable and settled from the moment we arrived. It was super easy to get to the beach right across the street or to hop in the car and drive a few minutes to another beach. We did a lot of sightseeing and really liked having our "base" in Kihei. Our son ended up wanting to spend more time at the pool than at the beach, which worked out really well, as the pool is fantastic. Really. Finally, major kudos to Jeff for all he does to maintain the property!

Fees:

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $200
• Cleaning Fee: $120
• Tax Rate 13.42%

Cancellation policy:

All cancelations will incur $300 administration fee. In order to receive a refund of your payment, minus the above fee, you must notify us in writing at least 120 days prior your scheduled arrival. If the reservation is cancelled less then 120 days prior your scheduled arrival you will forfeit the full amount of the reservation, unless the property is re-rented. If the property is re-rented, we will gladly refund the pro-rata amount back to you. We will happily apply your reservation payment to your stay with us within one year of your scheduled arrival.
