This wonderful home is located in the golf section of the community with many amenities.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with private bath. The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed and the Den has a trundle which can be a king-size bed. Included are washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout, fully equipped kitchen, all linens, three TVs, DVDs, as well as two adult bikes with helmets, bike car carrier provided. It also has a home security system and all of the rooms are newly painted. Watch your spectacular sunsets from the screen enclosed lanai; beautiful lake views from the Master Bedroom, Lanai, Family Room, and Kitchen. Sorry, No Pets, No Smokers Allowed.
GOLF privileges available: the 18 hole championship golf course, designed by Gordon Lewis and built by Troon Golf includes an aquatic driving range and putting greens. For an optional transfer fee of $265, you will receive full golf privileges including reduced greens fees and seven day advance tee time reservations.
TENNIS players: there are eight lighted Har-Tru surface courts and two hard surface courts.

Why the Owner Chose Colonial Country Club
Colonial Country Club is the perfect location. Ten minutes from the airport, 1 mile from Hwy 75 and close to the beaches. The golfing at Colonial is magnificent, and although we are fairly new to tennis, the staff and courts are amazing. They offer many tennis clinics. There is a pool at the end of the street which is a great place to meet neighbors. On Monday evenings, its pot luck at the pool! There is a wonderful fitness center at the club house and a large pool and spa. The food at the restaurant is delicious as well as the Sunday Brunch. The restaurant provides live entertainment on occasion.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The sunset views over the glistening water is magnificent. There are sliding patio doors which lead to the lanai from the Master Bedroom, Living Room and Kitchen. Our carriage home is equipped with everything you need from linens, towels, pots, pans, utensils to table cloths and even napkin rings! If there is anything you feel you need we usually will accommodate your request.

We currently live by Lake Geneva, WI. Although we love to boat, fish and ski in the midwest, there is nothing like golfing, tennis, fishing in the backwaters, sandy beaches, and palm trees blowing in the wind! We truly love Florida!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and very clean. I really enjoyed the exercise classes and the fitness facility. The golf was great. The dining was excellent. Can't wait to return.
