This spacious, four bedroom, three bath home is located in Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island. The first floor features a living room with cathedral ceiling, skylight, and wet bar with icemaker. The fully-equipped, newly remodeled kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen joins the dining room by way of a snack bar.
The dining room leads to the Carolina room which has a spectacular view of the large pool and spa and the beautiful lagoon. Step out of the Carolina room onto the large deck overlooking the 15 by 30 pool and spa, which can be heated separately, and the scenic lagoon. The large private backyard is border by the lagoon along the back, a empty wooded lot on the side and privacy hedge of bamboo on the other.
The two first floor master suites each have king-size beds and bathrooms. There is also cable TV and DVD player in each. The second floor bedrooms each have two twin beds and cable TV. These bedrooms share a sitting room, bathroom, and deck that overlooks the large backyard. The laundry is located off the kitchen.
The house is just a five minute walk to the beach or to the Sea Pines Beach Club. This area of the Beach is for Sea Pines guest only and has a life guard on duty. Sea Pines Beach Club also has a Oceanfront bar, snack bar, restaurant serving dinners, restrooms, and activities for children during the summer months.
