Beautiful, 3 bedroom plus loft home in wooded Sunriver Resort.

Come visit Sunriver and enjoy our lovely air conditioned lodge style home. A cedar ceiling soars above the 2nd floor loft. The custom rock fireplace, TV/DVD/CD system, cathedral windows and tasteful furnishings make this a relaxing place to gather at the end of a fun-filled Sunriver day.

Our three bedroom + loft custom-built home is centrally located in the quiet and prestigious North End across from the 16th tee of the Woodlands Golf Course. The bike path conveniently located next to our home takes you to the Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park, or the Woodlands Golf Course. Our home has four decks where you can enjoy the morning sun on the front deck under the Aspen trees and the afternoon sun on the back decks.

We have a woodburning fireplace with ample wood for those cozy evenings. The gas BBQ, patio furniture, and market umbrella are conveniently located on the deck off dining room. Five skylights keep the home very light and bright. The master suite on the main floor has a queen bed and additional vanity/sink with the hot tub just outside. The second master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, deck, TV/DVD/VCR with a variety of movies for all ages. The third bedroom has two twin beds and deck. There is a queen hide-a-bed in the loft overlooking living room. Mt. Bachelor can be seen from the upstairs bedrooms.

Our landscaping includes grass in front yard and a natural backyard. We have a large two-car garage, 4 bikes and 2 pair snowshoes for your use. Our lot is very private and deer often bed down in our back yard. Sorry, We Do Not Allow Pets or Smoking.

Why the Owner Chose Woodlands

Our family chose Sunriver with the top priority of being close to fabulous skiing and Mt. Bachelor. Little did we know that we would love Sunriver just as much year round. We look forward to kayaking/rafting the Deschutes River and biking the many miles of bike paths in addition to just enjoying the sunshine and beauty of Sunriver and Central Oregon.

The Unique Benefits at this House

Enjoy a bike ride to Benham Falls in summer. Snowshoe on the golf course just across the street in winter with our 2 pair of snowshoes.

What a wonderful home your family has in Sunriver! We were very comfortable there with my parents. There was plenty of space and the home far exceeded our expectations. The weather was perfect, high 70's, low 80's every day. A doe and her two fawns graced the yard more than once. We biked, rafted, walked, swam and took the chair lift up Mt. Bachelor. Wow, that was spectacular. Having the bikes available to us was a real plus. Thanks so much again for making your home available.

We had a great time at your wonderful Sunriver home. It was just perfect for our family. We had great weather and swam and rode our bikes a lot. We sure enjoyed watching the does and fawns come through your yard. Thanks so much.

Your home and its setting in Sunriver were perfect. The weather was great for all activities and we took advantage of everything. The two boys couldn't get enough of biking, swimming and the parks. The numerous deer were a special treat. Relaxing in the hot tub and barbecuing were high on the adults' list. Thank you again for sharing your home and making our boys, their parents and grandparents very happy. What a great way to ease into our fall/winter routines.
