Come visit Sunriver and enjoy our lovely lodge style home. A cedar ceiling soars above 2nd floor loft. Our three bedroom + loft custom home has air-conditioning and is centrally located in the prestigious North End across from the seventh tee of the Woodlands Golf Course. The bike path conveniently located next to our home takes you to the Deschutes River, Fort Rock Park, or the Woodlands Golf Course. Our home has four decks where you can enjoy the morning sun on the front deck under the Aspen trees and the afternoon sun on the back decks. FOR SUMMER GUESTS...POOL PASSES AVAILABLE.
We have a woodburning fireplace, gas barbecue, and hot tub for your enjoyment. There are five skylights which keep the home very light and bright. The master suite on the main floor has a queen bed, additional vanity/sink and hot tub just outside. The second master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and deck. The third bedroom has two twin beds and deck. There is a queen hide-a-bed in the loft. Mt. Bachelor can be seen from the upstairs bedrooms.
Our landscaping includes grass in front and a natural backyard. We have a two-car garage and 4 bikes for your use. Our lot is very private and deer often bed down in our back yard. Sorry, We Do Not Allow Pets or Smoking.
