Enjoy the waves all day and return to your home away from home for a casual lunch with family and friends in the fully appointed kitchens with smooth top stove, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, pots, pans and blender for those delicious Margaritas by the private pool.
Our dining table seats six and bar stools at the counter add two more place settings. This Great Room features a BIG SCREEN (53 inch) HDTV/DVD/VCR/CD player - bring your favorites or rent on the island!
Digital satellite with independent receivers in the great room and each bedroom with 8 channels of HBO are included. Leather sofa sleeper and love seat in the Great Room provide plenty of room for family and friends to gather in the evening after your adventures in the Gulf of Mexico or the Laguna Madre!
This well appointed unit is perfect for two couples and friends ......or Mom, Dad, kids and grandparents! Master bedroom has King-size bed, satellite TV/DVD/CD player, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and a master bath with tub and shower combination.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed with satellite TV/DVD/CD player, bureau and ceiling fan. All towels, linens and bedding are furnished. Please feel free to use the washer and dryer inside the condominium. Don’t bother ironing when you pack, there is an iron and ironing board inside the laundry closet.
Patio set at the pool provides a great spot for early morning coffee. There is also a barbeque grill at the pool area. Feel free to use it. There is no smoking in the condominium but there is a small porch outside. The many restaurants on the island provide a variety of foods to satisfy any palette (Tom and Jerry’s is a short walk from your condo and we’ve enjoyed both their food and margaritas)!
The attractions in the area make South Padre Island the perfect place for couples and families. Aside from the gorgeous Gulf beaches and Laguna Madre fishing, boating, surfing, swimming, there are many more things to see and do.
Moderate temperatures make this a perfect climate for year round golfing, horse back riding on the beach and walking/biking on the island.
And did we mention the gorgeous Gulf beaches. Take time to enjoy the natural and pristine beauty of the white sandy beaches at the north tip of the island! Please see the SPI convention center on the north side. Be sure to visit the Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort for kids of all ages.

Drive a few minutes into Brownsville, cross over the bridge from Brownsville and you are in Matamoros, Mexico! Enjoy the open air markets.
Also, Nuevo Progreso (Progreso to locals) is approximately one hour west toward McAllen, Texas and is reported to have some nicer shopping and dining areas. There is an international bridge in Progreso with walkways on each side to allow for parking on either side of the border.
