COTTAGE IN THE PINES.
Step back in time in this antique shingled cottage nestled in the pines at water's edge. Rustic cottage is open concept, has wide pine floors and beamed ceilings, wood paneled walls, and an updated kitchen and bathroom with shower. French doors lead out onto a waterfront, wraparound screened porch where you can smell the pines and listen to the loons as you drink your morning coffee. Another set of french doors lead to a deck with a Weber gas grill. A fieldstone hearth and chimney support a cozy woodstove. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, with a Viking range, a microwave, toaster oven and toaster.
There is one bedroom downstairs that contains a double bed and three bedrooms upstairs (two with water views), that contain one queen-size bed, two double beds, and two single beds. The cottage sits on a private wooded lot underneath a canopy of mature pine trees. Included on the 175 feet of water frontage is a small sandy swimming area, a dock with a ladder, a deck with picnic table at water's edge, and a hammock that hangs in the shade at the shoreline. Come and relax!

$475 Security Deposit (Refundable). Half + tax required within 10 days to hold.
Balance, tax, and security deposit required paid 30 days prior to check-in.
Payable by personal check. Reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in time is 12 noon. Check-out time is 10 A.M.
Upon reservation, cottage and area information package is provided.
