This three bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps ten and has two full baths and a convenient shower room. It has all the modern conveniences without sacrificing rustic charm, and is fully furnished to the last detail. There is one hundred feet of private sandy beach, with a new hundred foot dock. The beach provides a shallow access for several hundred feet making it safe for children and adults alike. Let this private beach be the focus of your day with swimming, boating, skiing, tubing, kayaking and sunbathing.
The wraparound deck of the cottage provides scenic panoramic views of the azure blue Lake as well as stunning sunrises and sunsets. Evenings are toasty in front of a stone open hearth fireplace in the cottage or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit down on the beach. Let the sound of the waves lapping on the shore or the waterfall cascading down the hill into the frog pond lull you to sleep at night.
This property is in close proximity to Lake Michigan and Traverse City. Northwest Michigan is home to wine tours, scenic drives, and artist colonies.
