New luxurious "Spanish Key" home with private pool is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Within walking distance to fine restaurants, dancing, boat charters, jet ski rental and the world most beautiful beaches! This fabulous home features three covered decks for gulf viewing and a private pool.

The home features three spacious bedrooms and three and a half large baths. The bedrooms are located on the first two floors. There is also a spectacular third story loft with a wet bar, 52 inch screen TV, "U" shaped sofa seating and a panoramic 450 square foot sun deck complete with gazebo and outdoor dining table. The furnishings are designed with the finest of Florida luxury in mind.

Each bedroom has its own private bath, TV, and premium mattresses and linens for a RELAXING stay. There are granite countertops throughout the home, stainless steel appliances,and five inch plank hardwood floors. The spacious home also has 10-14'ceilings throughout the home.

We are located just footsteps to the famous powder white beaches."Spanish Key" is located on the south side of Thomas Dr.,no busy streets to cross. Safer for families walking to and from the beach. Located just one and a half block to St. Andrews State Park. A quarter of a mile to the marina, Capt. Anderson's Restaurant, Schooners, Treasure Ship, Pirate Ship (for kids)and many others. Even enjoy grilling out overlooking the private pool!!

  • My family and I had a great vacation at the Spanish Key Home. Each of us were impressed with the size of the home. Each room was very spacious and fully stocked. The pool at the home was great and relaxing and the walk to the beach was very short and easy. I would recommend the home to anyone.

  • Our family stayed at Spanish Key the week of 8/1/9 and we truly enjoyed our stay, The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable - with "toys" everywhere for our kids to enjoy. It was great that our kids had their space and we had ours. The owners were thoughtful enough to provide games and books for us to enjoy...thank you - I love the left behind book the best, The gas grill was a special treat, large enough for brisket (yummm). Great upper deck we fell asleep on night listening to the waves roll in from the beach which was just steps away. This was our first vacation home rental and we don't think we will ever utilize a hotel again. Thank you Overmans your hospitality was unmatched.

  • I just want to say Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! This was a great Spring Break for our family. We had 6 total with us and there was more than enough room. The proximety to the beach was outstanding! The sunsets from the third floor were awesome and my kids loved the pool. We had a very relaxing visit with all the amenities of home. We would definetely stay again! Everything was so close we really got to enjoy all that PCB had to offer. The Overmans were great hosts and I am sure we will be doing business again.

  • My son and I along with two other Mom's and their kids rented the Spanish Key the week of March 21-28th. We found the house wonderfully decorated, and very clean and well kept. The kitchen was the best supplied kitchen any of us had ever rented before, even having a crock-pot on hand... The house, though not ocean-front, was a short stroll to a perfect section of sugar sand beach... Even during spring break, this part of the beach was not crowded at all... The Overman's were quick to answer all the emails we sent with questions about our stay. They provide a comfortable pleasent home for a great time in Panama City...

  • We stayed for a week in August 2008 at the Spanish Key Home. This home is spacious, roomy, and offers a relaxing atmosphere both inside, on the upper deck, and by the pool. The home is just a block walk to the public beach access. When visiting PCB agian, we will choose the Spanish Key Home for our stay. The owner stopped by frequently to check on the pool condition, home condition, and our stay. Our only complaint is that the grill was not functioning.

    It was a pleasure having your family! So sorry as the grill ran out of gas but, I'm glad we were able to get it replaced promptly. Please visit this in 09 we have even purchased a new gas grill overlooking the pool.

  • This is an excellent vacation spot! The location of the house is perfectly situated close to the beach, St. Andrew’s park, and other local attractions. The house is absolutely wonderful for relaxation and entertainment. We had ten people with us (to include four children) and everyone was delighted with the room and space that the house provided. The house has all the amenities that could be desired – the Overmans have thought of everything! The kitchen is ideal, plenty of room to cook and eat! The top floor is a media room with a big screen TV perfect for entertaining the kids. We also enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the sun rise from the balcony! The pool is situated in a wonderful spot, located in front of the house where children can be easily monitored. We all loved our stay at this house and would highly recommend it to anyone! Bring the kids and enjoy!

  • The Spanish Key rental worked just fine for my family. We had lots of space, the kitchen is well-eqippped and the proximity to the beach was good. We enjoyed our stay there and recommend it as a destination. I particularly liked the proximity to the St. Andrews state park. Go! Have fun!

  • Our family visited Spanish Key in September. What a wonderful time to take a family vacation! Spanish Key had everything our family needed to have a very relaxed time together, including a Pack-n-Play for the youngest (3 month old Jackson). My mom and I were just amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked. It had absolutely everything a casual cook or a true chef would need. The roominess of the home is fabulous. And the loft! I'm not sure who enjoyed it the most, the kids who were playing video games, the tots who were watching movies or the adults who were screaming throughout the LSU v. Auburn game! The loft definitely got a lot of use! We would recommend you try out Spanish Key any time you get a chance. It's a great place to get away from it all and catch up on some relaxation.

  • What a wonderful vacation. The beach house could not have been any better. It is beautiful with everything you could possibly need while away from home. It accomodated our family perfectly. Not only was the home amazing, but our kids had the time of their life just playing in the pool. Then you add the great location of Panama City Beach and it is a dream place to stay. The beaches were great and going to Shell Island will rank among the best locations our family has ever been. Thanks for the chance to stay at this wonderful home.
