This luxury townhouse condo is perfect for that special weekend getaway, family vacation, boat trip on the lake, ski trip or a romantic escape. It is built on Bitterbrush ridge across from Diamond Peak Ski Mountain and offers spectacular views of Diamond Peak Mountain! Extremely quiet! End unit/last unit on complex. 1500 sq. ft. Builder's show model. Lots of upgrades.

Tile entry in the entry, kitchen and both bathrooms. Cream carpet, light paint, bright and cheery. Brass and chrome fixures. Four levels. Both bathrooms are Masters with their own bathroom, consisting of shower and tub combinations. All amenities included: hair dryer, curling iron, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Queen bed in Master #1 with a jacuzzi tub in bathroom. Two twin beds in Master #2. Queen sofa sleeper in "Great Room" as well up in the loft. Vacuum, iron and ironing board included.

You can relax on the large sundeck, overlooking, Diamond Peak Ski Mountain. Enjoys all the comforts of home. The picture windows at the condo are large, provide for lots of light in the unit and invite the outdoors inside.

Our home sleeps 8 people. Fully furnished. It features a complete and well-equipped kitchen with grantie countertops, with a gas oven and a 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and other small appliances. Sheets, towels, and blankets and linens all included. The unit has 2 full enclosed single garages. The Great Room has a ceiling fan with remote, marble surround gas log/remote control fireplace, and an intercom throughout the condo. Full size washer and dryer. Bar-b-que on the deck.

For your entertainment; in each bedroom are TV/VCR combinations. The "Great Room" offers a television/DVD/VCR/Stereo/CD player. A library of videos and CDs are available for your enjoyment. The loft has a television for movies only. There are board games, puzzles and coloring books for the kids.

The condo is 10 minutes to Mount Rose Ski Resort. Overlooking and seconds to Diamond Peak Ski Mountain. Thirty minutes to Northstar and Squaw Mountain. Minutes to the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe, casinos, restaurants and shopping. Forty minutes to South Lake Tahoe. The unit is an easy 30 minute drive from the Reno International Airport.

  • We just returned home from our honeymoon in Tahoe. Anyone wanting to rent a condo, I give this one a 5 Star!! Jim and Amanda, the owner's, are great!! We had never been to Tahoe and Jim was extremely helpful with information about the area. Amanda mailed me more than enough information about how to get there, and where everything was in the condo. The condo was more than I expected. It was very clean and made you feel right at home. Amanda has thought of everything you could possibly need or have forgotten from home.   • I wanted to thank you for the use of the condo at Tahoe. My wife and children, say big thanks too. We had a great time. Among other things, it was a busy time as we Golfed, hiked up Mt. Rose summit, hung out at Zephyr Cove, ran the Truckee, and assembled every jig-saw puzzle in your place.Your place was relaxing and comfortable. We found it and left it in good shape.
