Within five minutes walking distance, you will find shops, two beauty parlors, gym, restaurants... and the beautiful Brigantine Beach. Within one mile, you will find seaside restaurants and bars, swim club, diner, museums, and a golf course. Within three to four miles (or a $10-12 cab ride), there is Atlantic City.
At a rainy day, you may choose to stay in the house, turn on the fire place, and enjoy the collection of family games and 40+ videos ... or you may choose to enjoy Atlantic City's attractions, which include the casinos, an aquarium, and the stunning new shopping mall on the pier by Cesar's palace, a 10 minute drive from the house.
Reservation and payment terms: 50% of rent + $200 security deposit at reservation; 50% due the week before moving in. Cancellation policy: Cancellation fee is 20% of rent if cancelled more than 4 weeks before move-in date, 50% thereafter.
