Situated in the centrally located enclave of "Lake Village," surrounded by lagoon views of the golf course, our home is just a short (and scenic) walk to the beach, playground, swimming pools, tennis courts, and the Grand Pavilion. This house comes with a "Sports Card" that will allow access to all of the activities that Wild Dunes has to offer.
As you unpack and settle in, you will find that our intelligently designed home, with its open great room with fireplace and wet bar, large shaded deck, and well appointed bedrooms, provides just the right balance of gathering and private spaces. The sand colored carpet throughout the living and sleeping area keeps bare feet happy and clean up at a minimum.
In the kitchen, which opens onto the great room and also the deck, you will find all new appliances and an array of cookware and entertaining pieces to please even the most ambitious chef. The open deck, with its peek a boo views of the lagoon and golf course, is perfect for enjoying both morning coffee and even cocktails with friends.
Just as much attention has been paid to the private spaces as well as the main living area. The master bedroom, with its own master bath and queen-size feather bed, has been decorated in soft sage greens. Both guestrooms are shown in varying shades of "beachy" blues. One guest room offers a queen-size featherbed, while the other bedroom has two twin beds. We wanted to pamper our guests so all bedrooms come outfitted with plush pillows, comfy 350 thread count sheets.
Staying within the gated community of Wild Dunes, affords great relaxation for people of all ages. Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cool, island drinks up at the Grand Pavilion, or strolling along winding nature trails, there is something for everyone!
