My wife and I stayed in this studio unit over Memorial Day Weekend and had a great time. The owner has done a great job utilizing the space of this small unit. The murphy bed is very comfortable, and the views of the sunrise over the sound were really nice. The unit is clean and well equipped. It seems as though a full sized fridge has been added to go along with the mini-fridge, and everything was clean and well equipped. Also, the unit is in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach where you literally can swim with the dolphins, and also a short walk to South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog. Only two things I wish were better, first, there needs to be more ice cube trays in the freezer, and second there is not balcony overlooking the back as there is on the larger units. However, these are VERY small negatives compared to the great amenities offered in the rest of the unit.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

The condo was lovely and the view wonderful! The murphy bed was quite comfortable, bathroom was updated and very nice. I would recomend this for a couple wanting a great get a way. It's wonderful to be right next to the Salty Dog and walk over for dinner and music. The owner was lovely to work with.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful villa for 5 days and 4 nights. We had the best vacation that week. It was a nice villa in walking distance to many little shops and resturants. We also enjoyed riding our bikes along all of the nice bike paths. The closeness of the beach was also great. We were able to walk right across the street and enjoy watching boats.
