This fabulous third row home has all the bells and whistles! Perfect for families, friends, tennis teams, golfers, or just about anyone who wants to relax in comfortable luxury! Access to Hilton Head's famous beach and the Atlantic Ocean is just 70 steps from the front door!!
The Main Level includes two master suites and two additional bedrooms. Master Suite I opens onto a deck overlooking the large heated pool and a spacious hot tub. This deck area is a great place to wake up and read the paper, or enjoy watching the kids in the pool later in the day. This bedroom features a king bed, spacious master bathroom with tub and shower and access to the outdoor shower. Master Suite II (25 by 13) features a king bed and a spacious new bathroom with many updated features. The "Blue Bedroom" on this level features a set of bunks and a queen bed with a festive decor. The final bedroom on this level has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom adjacent to these rooms and a laundry room.
The kitchen is well stocked and you have your choice of dining inside or outside on the screened porch. The Grande Room has a beautiful gas fireplace, 42"plasma tv with surround sound and windows and deck overlooking the pool. A wet bar on this level is located adjacent to the deck overlooking the pool. The Game area features a game table which is great for puzzles, games or just chatting over coffee.
The 15'x 31' pool is a great place to relax and catch some rays! It is extremely private. There is decking on two levels around the pool that are great for sunning and relaxing. Trust me, you will love the screen because you won't even think about bugs! The hot tub is adjacent to the pool and is quite roomy.
The Second Floor offers Master Suite III and an additional bedroom. Master Suite III (25 by 13) features a two way gas log fireplace opening to bedroom and spectacular master bath, Rainforest shower with steam, walk-in closet, heated bath floors, air jet chroma-therapy spa with heated backrest and European fixtures. The "Summer Kitchen" on the Second Floor includes a mini kitchen, wet bar, and coffeemaker. The other second floor bedroom has two queens and a full bath is located in the hallway. All master bedrooms are equipped with cable tv. Two additional bedrooms have cable tvs.
The First Level of the house features a "Getaway Room" serves as a second den that can be used for games, TV, or whatever. There is a mini kitchen and new full bathroom as well. There is an ice-maker on this level to load your cooler for the beach. The one-car garage is great for bikes and beach equipment and additional covered parking. An elevator on this level provides access to each floor for guests and their belongings. The home is wired for wireless high speed internet access, so bring your laptop! Plus there is full digital HD Cable service. This home definitely offers quality beyond the typical beach home!

We just spent the week in this beautiful home and it's even better than expected! The pool area is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We used it every day as it got pretty hot down at the beach. The dining room table is also bigger than pictured. We had 3 families stay and there was plenty of room. The teenagers especially liked the "getaway" room to hang out on their own. The beach was beautiful and the neighbors friendly. We definitely felt we made a good choice renting this home.

Our staff has vacationed here three times over the past four years. This house is perfect for our get away. We love the spaciousness and comfort of the house and the pool area is great. We look forward all year to our return trip. We will be leaving tomorrow and we are already planning for next year.

We just spent the weekend here and it was GREAT. lots of space in the house, beautiful pool and hot tub, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. the walk to beach was short and easy. access is private so it was not crowded at all. beautiful beach - wide and flat. we loved it and will be back!

This is a fabulous house for relaxing. Plenty of room to spread out, yet cozy enough for socializing. The pool and hot tub are great. The house is convenient to the beach. A short drive to the nearest grocery store and shops. Bike rental is a must, a fun way to get around this wonderful area.

We have just purchased this beautiful home! It is new to the rental market Summer 2005! Everything is in immaculate condition. There are three living areas - one on each floor. Very close to the beach! You won't believe how spacious and luxurious the master suites are! Really the photos do not do the house justice! Please call us if you have any questions! (804)897-6479
