We had a wonderful time in this vacation home. Very peaceful. Sitting on the covered deck with a cup of coffee in the morning was relaxing. The kids had a wondreful time fishing from the pier. The house was eqiupped with everything as if you were at home. Will definately rent again in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Lovely house, very private location. Brought our own bedding because of the last review -but didn't need them, there were plenty ...as for curtains - the house is completely surrounded by trees...the only way to see into a window, would be to climb one of them.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Excellent family stay! Really for those who like privacy not party towns. Loved the dock. 30 min drive to the atlantic beach which is beautiful. Best if u bring your own bedding and pillows... and some curtians :). Great owner who gives you space to relax and enjoy the home; prompt return on deposit; great price. We will rent this house again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

Great rustic home nestled in nature. If you like having a little privacy to enjoy the sounds and feelings of nature, this is a wonderful place to stay. Great price, nice manager, close to a variety of activities to north or south. Wish we could have stayed longer! We want to come back again! Thank you!Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wonderful House for the money, Enjoyed sitting out on the screened porch with my coffee in the early morning. Very quite and private with a very nice manager,and we loved having our private dock. Close to Beaufort for some nice resturants-Clausens being one of our favorites-and some neat shops if thats your thing. A trip out of Davis, NC takes you to the Core Banks for the Day-nice Beach.All in all a GREAT bargin for the money. We've been twice, and I'm sure a third time is in our future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.
