This unique cottage sits on a hill overlooking Casco Bay - Bailey Island (Home of the Famous Cribstone Bridge) to the East, Eagle Island (Home of Admiral Perry), Halfway Rock Lighthouse to the South, and Yarmouth and Freeport to the West. Located on a beautiful peninsula gives you waterviews from every window and a delightful fresh air breeze everyday of your vacation.
If you like original features this is the house for you. The second floor bath still has the originals... clawfoot tub, water closet, and solid copper hot water tank. The interior is cyprus wood and the roof slate. The rooms are large and comfortable and the covered front porch is a great place to relax, read, and breath that fresh sea air.
If you do not feel like cooking the Dolphin Chowderhouse (famous for it's fish chowder and blueberry muffins) and the Dolphin Marina are just a few yards away. There is lots to see and do and the shore is big enough to explore and find that quiet place to swim.
