Upper Townhouse has four bedrooms and sleeps 10 (1800 square feet) and Lower has 5 bedrooms sleeping 15 (2600 square feet). Combined 9 bedrooms, 18 beds, 4 baths (4400 square feet). Recently renovated, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated large Victorian home. Perfect for winter ski weekends!
Lower Townhouse has: the large living room with 2 sofas, 2 chairs, 42" Flat Screen Cable HDTV/DVD/VCR and bay window overlooking the Town Square opens to large modern kitchen with cooking island with breakfast bar with six barstools and opens to the dining room with table with twelve chairs plus a small table; a hallway with washer/dryer leads to garage with ample ski and equipment storage. Stairs lead to the second floor over garage and a TV/Play room, full bath with whirlpool tub, bedroom with king and one with queen and single plus TV and play table. Third floor has a double and five single beds.
Upper Townhouse has: entrance hall from front porch with storage for coats, skis and boots and stairs to second floor of main house to dining room with seating for ten; living room with 2 sofas, 2 chairs, 37" Cable HDTV/DVD/VCR, baywindow; kitchen with cooking island with breakfast bar, bedroom with queen and single plus Cable/TV, bedroom with King and a full bathroom. Third floor has washer/dryer, full bath, bedroom with king and another with double and single.
Bathrooms all have tiled floors and ample towels. Kitchens have green coutertops with oak cabinets and are equipped with blender, mixer, large pots, toaster, coffee maker, and plates and silver for fifteen in each kitchen.

Lower Townhouse was great for 15 people. Well furnished with large bedrooms and lots of space for everyone. Kids loved dorm room that has four beds and loved separate TV/VCR room for games. Shuttle worked on schedule. Kids rode it on their own - like school bus. Great to be able to walk to restaurants and shops in town. Easy walk home at night after dinner.

Stayed in Lower and Upper Townhouse and had a great skiing weekend. Shuttle Bus to Okemo worked well. Home equipped with everything!! Very large with plenty of room for 25. Separate TV rooms work for kids. Living room/kitchen w/barstools/dining room all open - more that enough space for evening gatherings for the whole house
