Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd., Crescent Shores offers a fantastic view of the South Carolina Coast, a 200 foot lazy river, 110 foot oceanfront pool, two oversized hot tubs, kiddie pool, indoor pool and exercise/fitness room. Indoor pool is heated in the winter months for your vacation pleasure.
Our spacious and comfortable living room has a 37" High Definition TV with 267+ cable channels along with DVD/VCR and CD player. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the beautiful sunrises and dolphins on the 27' furnished balcony through the sliding glass doors.
The master bedroom has a new king size pillow-top mattress bed, a large TV equipped with DVD/VCR combo and plenty of storage space in the dressers and walk-in closet. The master bath has a large garden whirpool tub with a separate shower and double sinks on a large granite counter. The other two bedrooms each have two new queen size pillow-top beds one with private bath, 3rd br shares main bath. Each bedroom has TV with DVD/VCR combos.
The fully equipped kitchen has a new side-by-side refrigerator with automatic ice and water dispenser, granite countertops, ceramic tile floor, built in microwave, breakfast bar, and all the utensils and small appliances for your cooking needs.

Bob - we cannot thank you again for the opportunity to rent out your condo this April/May as we celebrated our anniversary. Even before we arrived, you were quick to respond to our questions about the location, local activities and how to arrange picking up our keys when our flight was unexpectedly delayed. Everything about our stay simply exceeded our high expectations starting with a fully stocked frig with our favorite beverages along with a much needed fresh fruit basket after flying from the northeast. This condo was extremely clean and we had plenty of fresh towels and linens. The location was fantastic - you cannot put a price on waking up each morning to the sounds of the ocean and ending the day while watching the sunset over the ocean on the patio. I enjoyed the close proximity to shopping centers while my husband enjoyed the golf package you suggested. It felt like home as we cooked some gourmet meals with the help of the fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans, wine glasses, coffee pot and a blender for some afternoon summer drinks. We will definitely rent from you again and highly recommend this condo to friends and family. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and making our anniversary so special!

My wife and I spent a week at this condo in August 2010 and we had a fabulous time. The condo was right on the water with views of the pool and the Atlantic. It was close to shopping in Barefoot Landing and a multitude of great restaurants. The people at ODVR were great helping us with whatever we needed and making us feel at home. There was a stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs to use so we didn't have to bring anything but our bathing suits! We can't wait to call Bob and Karen to book our trip for next year.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

From the moment we entered we knew we would enjoy our stay. We immediately walked out onto the balcony to take in the gorgeous views. Living room furniture was very comfortable to relax in, better than most rentals. All of the rooms were clean with linens and full amount of towels. I had the pleasure of staying in the room with the king bed which was very comfortable. I slept so soundly I missed beach time! The pool is also very nice and clean. Great little Irish bar next door to enjoy some afternoon drinks and Barefoot Landing is close by with some good shops and restaurants. Brunch at House of Blues is the best deal! Also, great outlets and golfing nearby. The owner must cook because the kitchen was completely stocked. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils we needed for our whole group. It is extremely helpful that the owners are actually in town with an office close by if you need anything. They are a wonderful couple that will help you with whatever you need. They recommended some great breakfast places and restaurants known to “locals”. They give you a discount card available for restaurants and golf. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation,but still wqnt easy access to night life, shopping, restaurants and golf, April here is perfect. I highly recommend this condo for your next stay in North Myrtle Beach!

Welcome to your vacation home. I hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we do and we hope you will feel right at home here. This area has a lot to offer our guests. Please use what guides are available to you to introduce you to all the wonderful restaurants, shopping, golf courses, shows, and sights. These can be picked up at any rental agency, store, Chamber of Commerce, or any public facility. There a many coupons in these guides that my be of interest to you and your family. I hope you have wonderful weather while you are in North Myrtle Beach so you can relax on the beach, by the oceanfront pool, or just drifting in the lazy river.
