This professionally decorated three bedroom, three bathroom condo has a direct ocean view, a private balcony with steps straight to the private pool or just beyond the pool to what is often described as the cleanest, quietest beach on the eastern seaboard.
The master bedroom is a great hideaway with its king-size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV/DVD and private balcony with ocean view. The spacious master bath has double sinks, separate shower and oversized tub. Each of the two additional guest rooms has its own cable TV/DVD, queen-size bed and bath. The Condo also offers an oversized portacrib.
If you need to keep in touch while in paradise, phone/data lines and high-speed wired & wireless Internet access are all set up in the unit and included in the rental price.
Pawley’s Island is renowned for its golf, but also boasts wonderful Four and Five Star restaurants and quaint, unique shopping. Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and plantation tours are all there to explore. For more to do, it’s less than 20 miles to the family theme restaurants, parks, entertainment and nightlife in nearby Myrtle Beach.

Condo is very nice ! Great upgrades with Granite in all baths, new stainless appliances. VERY convenient to pool and beach. Great location for young kids. Very quiet building. Would def. stay again.

A perfect vacation spot. Great condo for 5 adults & a baby, overlooking pool & ocean view. Very clean, yet comfortable. Good restaurants nearby. From Atlanta, take I-20 to Columbia to I-26 to Alt 17 & the drive is bearable. Go to main Litchfield Entrance. Mapquest & Yahoo Maps will guide you improperly. Hope to rent again.

The condo was very nicely and comfortably decorated. The location is superb. You are literally a seashell's throw from the beach and even closer to the pool. It is very close to good golf courses, fantastic restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. A word to the wise though: check your calendar for Myrtle Beach Bike Week next year. The good part is that Litchfield and Pawleys aren't covered up with bikers, but the traffic is horrendous and all of the restaurants are packed.

Property very clean. Very convenient to ocean and pool, you are practically poolside,a nd beach is only yards away. Great view of ocean. Property is as advertised. Kid friendly, quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Murrell's Inlet, where great seafood restaurants abound. Would stay at this property again.
