Upon walking in, the condo greets guests with an updated atmosphere and wrap-around views. You'll first be drawn to the living room's plush grey couches. This space has a modern appeal perfect for relaxing in between trips to the shore. Never miss your favorite shows as the 55" Smart TV provides both cable and streaming services - just remember to bring your own log-ins!

When you're ready to eat, there's no need to venture far as a gorgeously updated kitchen is at your fingertips. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry make cooking a luxury experience. Once filled with groceries, you'll have everything you need to make your favorite recipes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, pots and pans, utensils, and more.

While this getaway is only a five minute drive from the best dining on the East Coast, you'll love the option of dining in. The condo has three different spaces to gather and enjoy meals with those you love. For quick bites before the beach, grab and go at the kitchen's large breakfast bar for four. If you desire a sit-down dinner, you can do so at the dining room table for six. Those who can't get enough of the warm Florida weather will opt for dining al fresco on the fifth-floor balcony.

The main balcony is located off of the living room and gives guests an exclusive glimpse of the ocean. If you can draw your eyes from such a sight, you'll find that Oceanwalk's clubhouse, pool, and estuary boardwalk are right next to the condo. With such scenery within view, you'll frequent this space often with coffee and cocktails in hand.

After a day spent swimming, tanning, and exploring New Smyrna Beach, you'll be ready to retire to the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is a deluxe suite that features a king bed, sitting area, 55" Smart TV, and private balcony. In the evenings, you can enjoy sunsets from the furnished balcony that looks onto the estuary horizon. Adjoining the bedroom is a spacious bathroom that features a walk-in shower, Jacuzzi bathtub, and double vanity.

As you catch up on Z's, the rest of your group will find their bedrooms equally as relaxing. The second and third bedrooms hold queen and full beds and both have 32" Smart TVs. The two bedrooms share a bathroom which has a standard bathtub and soft bath towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a washer/dryer, high-speed internet, Smart TVs, a Keurig coffee maker, a cooler, beach chairs and toys, and more. Dogs under 20lbs are welcome!

Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.

Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located on the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.
