Two years ago the charming guest house was totally remodeled, adding AC and an outdoor shower. THIS SUMMER THE MAIN HOUSE WILL BE REMODELED AS WELL! Everything will be new, adding a bedroom, a bath, and AC. There will be a screened in porch for extra living space, new kitchen, laundry, and all new appliances. WOW! This makes the property a 6 bedroom 4 bath, 2 outdoor showers, beautiful vacation spot.
The house sits at the end of one-and-a-half acres of wooded land, and is approximately one mile from the charming town of Vineyard Haven. A private beach right out front, and the town beach a kayaks row away, make for the perfect vacation. This is our family home and it is well maintained.
I am renting the house for the months of July and August only. The rent is $4200 per week (Sat to Sat), this includes a $200 cleaning fee. There is
also a $500 refundable security deposit.
