Located in Laguna Beach, Florida, just west of Panama City Beach, our relaxing townhouse Condo is at the quiet end of the beach where you will find miles of uncrowded beaches! It sleeps six comfortably in two bedrooms, one with two doubles and one with a queen bed. Each bedroom has a bath so there’s no fighting over the bathroom, and there is also a half bath on the first floor. We really enjoy the outdoor enclosed shower where you can rinse off after a great day on the beach. The full kitchen has everything you’ll need and the open dining and living area are very spacious and decorated in colorful beach style.
Across the street from the beach, you’ll enjoy the partial oceanview from the upstairs balcony. The two public beach access walkways in front of the condo lead you to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! We don’t have a swimming pool, but who needs a pool when you have access to the warm crystal clear waters of the Gulf.

Year Purchased: 2004
My condo at Laguna Beach has been in our family for over 25 years. My parents bought it as it was under construction and included many custom touches. At that time there was nothing on the beach side and we had an unobstructed view to the ocean. We've seen it grow up over the years, but we still love it because it is so close to the beach, and it is our home away from home. I purchased it from my parents in 2004 and did a lot of renovation and upgrading.
We love going to the beach, and these beaches are the most beautiful in the world! The sound of the waves and the beautiful turquoise green water is so very relaxing. Add a cool beverage and a fishing pole and you just can't beat it anywhere! There are several places nearby where we enjoy eating out, but our favorite thing to do is to get some fresh seafood from the local seafood market and cook it up at the condo. We have many friends in the area and we usually end up with a house full to join us in the seafood feast.
We get so many positive comments from our guests who enjoy staying there as much as we do. Just one stay will tell you why!
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Laguna Beach is at the west end of the beaches and is considered the quiet end of the beach. There are mostly single family homes and some condos (but nothing over 4 stories high). There is only one hotel and there are no high rises. This makes for a beach scene that is family oriented and uncrowded.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
I've taken great care to create a garden-like setting on our patio with flowers and herbs that we use for cooking. There's also a fountain with running water that adds a feeling of peace and tranquility. The upstairs balcony overlooks it all and also provides a view to the ocean.

This was our first family vacation to PCB. We loved the location of this townhouse because it was not too busy but plenty of activity for our family. A short walk to the beach was great. Our time in the townhouse was nice and quiet. Plenty of room for the six of us and well equiped to keep us entertained when not at the beach. We look forward to a vacation in this property next year!

My husband, daughters, and I rented this property along with another couple for an extended weekend of beautiful beaches and deep sea fishing. The condo was beautiful, just a stone's throw from the beach, and perfectly stocked. We have young daughters, so the location was perfectly serene...even in the middle of spring break! My daughters' favorite part of the condo was the beach bar scene by the kitchen table. They thought it was real!

I have to admit that I was a little nervous renting a property from someone on-line that I had never met. I was worried about what the unit actually looked like, were the pictures presented up to date, etc... But all of my worries were set aside as soon as we opened the door. The unit is exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. We immediately started planning our trip for the following year. The beach was uncrowded, beautiful and away from all of the hotels and party scene. This unit is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. It's also pet friendly. The owner was awesome. We can't wait to visit again this summer.

My family and I just recently returned from Panama City Beach where we stayed at Whit at sea condo. We all felt right at home, all the comforts of home were in the condo. We had plenty of space and just a short walk to the uncrowded beach. we plan on returning next year.

We just returned from a great vacation at Laguna Beach. This condo was perfect! We had plenty of room, it's a short walk to the beach and having 2 1/2 baths was very convenient. We definitely plan to go back next year.

We LOVED this condo. Very homey. There was hardly anyone on the beaches except us, and the sand there is as clean and white as sugar. This is the kind of vacation place I love, a perfect place for swimsuits and sun and sand and cold drinks and naps in the afternoon. I highly recommend it.

We have rented this condo for 6-7 years in a row. It is in excellent condition and just a short walk from the beach. It is close to many attractions and conviently located near a large Winn Dixie grocery store. The owners are wonderful people and I'm confident you will have the vacation of your life.

This is a great condo in a great location. The beaches here are absolutely breathtaking! Be sure to check out the Carousel for the best selection of wines anywhere! It's a short walk down Front Beach Rd.. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!
