We invite you to enjoy our beautiful Garden level, two bedroom/den, end unit condominium at the luxurious Vasari Country Club, located in Bonita Springs, on the Gulf coast. Just four miles from White Sand Beaches, shopping, and the quaint restaurants and entertainment of Naples and Bonita Springs, our Condo is situated in a Gated Community.
Our exquisitely furnished Condo has a southern exposure and a tranquil Lake and Golf Course View. The spacious kitchen is fully furnished with the finest appliances, with ample room for multiple cooks. In addition to a formal dining area, there is a lovely breakfast nook off of the kitchen for those relaxing Florida mornings.
The bright, spacious living room is appointed with comfy sofas, an entertainment center outfitted with cable TV, VCR, CD and stereo, is tiled and opens out onto a tiled lanai with a peaceful lake and open space view. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, his and her walk-in closets, dual sinks, tiled shower, and private commode area. The guest bedroom is very spacious with twin beds, large closet and adjacent bathroom. The guest wing can be closed off from the rest of the unit for more privacy.
Other amenities of this unit are a fully equipped laundry room, a cozy den which opens off the living/dining area and is the perfect place to curl up with a good book.
All of the amenities of this luxurious country club are yours for a simple $212 transfer fee. These include a 18 hole championship golf course, tennis, swimming and fitness center, spa, a spectacular club house where you can enjoy both formal and casual dining while meeting new friends. In addition, there are a multitude of regular classes, clinics, and other activities to keep you busy.
