Looking for recreation? The house is equipped with games and activities that include boardgames, bocci ball, badminton and volleyball. A beautiful beach with lifeguards, playground and facilities is within one-half mile walking distance.
The house also includes a dock slip (at an additional cost,upon availability) that affords access to Peconic Bay and Robbins Island.
Off-site activities can meet the tastes of all individuals. Spend the day shopping at the outlets, antique shops,and/or local boutiques. Enjoy day trips to the wineries, Shelter Island, Greenport, Splish Splash Water Park, Atlantis Aquarium and more. Experience casual and fine dining in the many restaurants in the area.
