Grand View is a three bedroom, three bath home located in beautiful Seagrove, Florida. The First floor offers a covered entry that leads into a large open den and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa located in the den area as well. The Second floor has two bedrooms with private baths. The master bedroom has its own private covered deck, with rocking chairs. The third floor "Tower Room" with wet bar serves as a great playroom for kids, fourth bedroom(Queen sleeper sofa) or a wonderful place to enjoy a cool drink and watch the waves.

However you are a short drive to all the activities in Destin(Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Outlet Mall) and Panama City(Pier Park New for 2008)Pier Park is a major entertainment, dining and shopping area, less than 18 miles away.
The quiet nieghborhood community of Cassine offers many amenities such as ,brick sidewalks,two swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball court, nature/fitness trails and a stocked pond with picnic area. The walking trail takes you through magnificent Cypress groves and connects to Point Washington State Park which extends to miles of pristine walking and bike trails(13-mile paved). Grand View is a short walk to the beach access.
