Come be our guest and enjoy all the fabulous amenities that Wild Dunes Resort, just minutes from Historic Charleston, has to offer. This house has just undergone a major renovation and we just can't wait to show it off! We have named our cottage, "The Jumping Fish" and it will not be long before you and your guest will be calling it that also. We will start our tour with the back decks, because that is where you will want to spend most of your time. The tri-level deck and bulkhead overlook a beautiful wide lagoon and the first fairway of the Tom Fazio Harbor Golf Course. If there is a fisherman in your group, you can be sure this is where they will stay. The decks are comfortably furnished for both lounging and dining.
Now on to the interior of this newly renovated sun-drenched cottage, with its large living space and beautiful views, lends itself to entertaining groups both large and small. Guest can relax in the living room; enjoy quiet conversations in the sunroom, or stretch out on the spacious decks. Everyone will find their own "favorite place" to enjoy their special vacation at Wild Dunes. The outdoor views are as much a part of the artwork of this cottage as any painting you could hang on the walls.
The open dining room, with its bright striped walls, affords seating for six, with additional seating available in the attached kitchen. Cheerfully decorated, the kitchen, also open to the living and dining areas with wonderful lagoon and golf course views, features everything the chef in your party could ask for.
The master bedroom, with attached master bath and even more views, offers a king-size feather bed - just perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Charleston or a playful day at the beach. The two guest bedrooms share a bath. One guest room has two full-size featherbeds, while the other guest room has two twin featherbeds and a fireplace. There is also room for sleeping on the sleeper sofa located on the sunporch. We take pride in treating our guest as we do in our own home, therefore all beds in the house come complete with 350 thread count cotton sateen sheeting and down pillows.
Staying within the gated community of Wild Dunes, affords great relaxation for families of all ages. Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cool island drinks up at the Grand Pavilion, or strolling along winding nature trails, there is something for everyone.

We just returned from wild dunes and this home is a beautiful, comfortable,and the best stocked home! there is nothing to want for and the decor is perfect! The views from the deck are fascinating as there are alligators and many beautiful birds... especially in the evening! We loved the comfort of this homeas well and will definatley rent it again! Thank you to Wendy and Robin....we had the BEST time!

I think we have found our "Winter Home". Thank you for sharing your Lake Village home with us. After 2 days we decided to book for next year. It was nice to sit on the deck and have coffee in the morning and watch the golfers and the diving ducks. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything you could ever want. We have met some wonderful new friends and look forward to coming back next year. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs and they really enjoyed their walks on the beach. Thanks for allowing us to escape the winter up north.

Four former Goucher girls found the perfect place to celebrate our 50th birthdays! We spent the week laughing reminiscing, and catching up. We had the perdect 7 day vacation primarily due to your lovely cottage. Very tastefully decorated - an ideal floor plan/design and a peaceful setting on the lagoon with lots of wildlife. This house and location were perfect for our anniversary/birthday vacation celebration. The decor is so tastefully done. The bed slept like a dream. The kitchen/bathroom upgrades were nice. Loved the open floor plan. Very tranquil and relaxing. Great walks and dining in local restaurants. Will definitely try to go again. Loved it!!

What a great place to spend your holidays. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated and appointed. Everything imagineable is provided for a comfortable stay. Great location in Wild Dunes for golfing, boating, beach walking and excursions to Charleston with it's excellent Restaurants. We'd love to rent the Lake Village House again.
