This bungalow-style, three bedroom home is designed to provide you with comfort and convenience. It offers a front porch and a covered patio in the backyard for those lazy days you want to spend at home. It also has high ceilings, wood blinds in all the rooms, six panel doors; ceiling fans, phone jacks, and a large TV in the great room and an additional TV in the master bedroom suite with lifeline cable service. Internet access and cable upgrades are available.
This home is fully-equipped with dishes, pots, linens, etc. and all appliances including a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed; the second bedroom, a queen-size bed; and the third bedroom, a king-size bed. The spacious great room furniture will offer a queen size hide a bed with Sealy mattress.

Dear Donna, I am so sorry that I didn't get to meet you. Should we ever need to come back to the Western Hub of the Flight Service Center of Lockheed Martin, you will hear from us. They are asking Jim to move down there but Colorado is hard to leave! Yours is truly a special rental! We were so very comfortable in what could only be described as "a home away from home." Seriously every single thing we needed for our extended stay was there in your house. The beds were comfortable, the quality furnishingss were so pleasing to enjoy! The house itself is beautifully laid out. The exterior patios were inviting for relaxation or meals. The level of cleanliness above description! Thank you again for a wonderful setting in the best subdivision in town! I would recommend your home to anyone who needs a place to enjoy the beautiful Prescott Valley area. Thank you Donna for the kind letter. We did leave some dinnerware and items for others to enjoy. We so loved the hummingbird feeder set up on the back patio. And the little hummers seemed happy to be fed! Hope others will enjoy it also. We were amazed to see desert Quail, roadrunners, and even a havelina one night in the subdivision! We had hoped the Century plants (at the enterance of the Golf Course road) would full bloom while we were there but they were slow. I bet they will be magnificent. But we had the pleasure of seeing many on the road to Sedona through Jerome. Our daughter who works in an art gallery and shows her artwork, loved Jerome's atmosphere! Anyway, thank you again.
