The Condominium with its Mediterranean feel has all the amenities you would expect in a brand new building.The Complex boasts a huge elevated outdoor pool , Hot Tub, outside BBQ area,etc. The beach located around The Windemere Complex is extremely low density with alot of Privacy.
Windemere is not in a long line of towers which offers a private beach area. Perdido Key State Park is within a very short walk(approx 300 yards)on the beach.The direct Gulf views from the large private balcony of this upper floor unit are simply breathtaking.You do not recieve loud pool noise from where the birds soar. Just relaxing peace and quiet.
Perdido Keys beaches have appeared on the Travel Channel and they have also been ranked among the top five beaches by Condo Nast Traveler (July 2001). If you like a private fine sugar sand beach, emerald green water,and a laid back paradise without the inconveniences of crowds then this is it. Why the Owner Chose Windemere
After much searching up and down the "emerald coast" we stumbled on Perdido Key,Florida.We knew right away this was the spot.Perdido is very laid back,not busy or crowded,and there are not long lines of concrete towers on the beach as you see many places on the panhandle.

My wife and I were both born and raised in Tennessee.Of course a far cry from beach bums! However,Our love for the Ocean drew us to find a spot in Paradise that our kids could enjoy over the next decade.They have made many fond memories and friends as well as we have.

My mother and I had a wonnderful girls trip getaway!!! The condo was VERY clean and spacious!! Also the view was absolutely amazing!!!! The weather was great and the water was so calm that we saw tons of sting rays and dolphins! Also we loved the keyless entry because it was so great not having to keep up with keys. Would definitely stay again!!! Thanks Jack!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We were so pleased with this condo! The owners really go out of their way to make it feel like a home and everything is so convenient. The pictures really do not do it justice. We will be coming back soon!
