This new, top-floor condominium is two blocks from the beach and boardwalk and within walking distance to the Convention Center. Additionally, one of Morey's famous piers is located right at the end of the street!
The condominium features a two car garage with an additional covered parking space, three bedrooms, two full baths, and TV/DVD/VCRs in every room. The oversized family room has two queen-size sleeper sofas, cable TV/DVD/VCR, and access to a spacious deck with views of the boardwalk.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc. There is also a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV/VCR/DVD player, and a full bathroom with a double sink. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV/VCR. The third bedroom has a twin over double bunkbed (sleeps three), with a TV/DVD player.
