Relax and refresh your spirit at our four-season, intimate, one-of-a-kind oasis. Stay in your own cottage and be filled with its bright pleasures. The location is right on the water with awesome views of an absolutely pristine lake, one of the cleanest in the United States. There is a nice, grassy front yard and small beach area.
The cottage is very tastefully decorated with that "home-away-from-home" feeling. Although rustic in nature, it is very modern and recently renovated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, full bath with shower, and comfortable living room. There is a deck from which you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
With summer water temperatures averaging in the low 70's, this gorgeous lake makes swimming a refreshing delight. The lake houses the largest fish hatchery in the state of Maine which stocks the lake with bass, land-locked salmon and lake trout. There is a very gradual entry, making it safe for small children. You will enjoy the surrounding wildlife and tranquility of the scenic countryside as you leave the rest of the world behind. Our cool nights are wonderful for restful sleep, broken only by the soothing early morning cry of a beautiful loon.
Enjoy a good book, explore the lake by canoe, walk a nature trail or just relax at the water's edge. You can barbeque outside with the family, explore the many hills and hidden ponds and feel the exhilaration of a great day of fishing.
The cottage can be used as either a two or three bedroom facility, of which the bedrooms overlook the lake. It can accommdate up to 10 guests.
