Enjoy our oceanfront two bedroom condo located just 25 yards off the Atlantic Ocean on beautiful Hutchinson Island, Florida. Visit this tropical paradise and you may never want to leave!
Location: Hutchinson Island is off the eastern coast of Florida, 60 miles north of West Palm Beach and 30 minutes south of Vero Beach.
Description: Our condo is right on the ocean, second floor of a four story building. The living room and master bedroom sliding patio doors open onto a large balcony with stunning ocean views. This 1,200 square feet unit is in excellent condition.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with its own bathroom. The leather sofa in th eliving room opens into an additional queen size bed. All linens and towels are provided.
There is central A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils. The living room has a large 32” TV with DVD/VCR and each of the bedrooms have their own TV. A full size washer and dryer are available on the same floor. Enjoy a private pool exclusively for the use of our building.
We are adjacent to the Marriott Beach & Golf Resort – which features a private 18 hole golf course, three heated pools, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, poolside Tiki Bar and three restaurants. Additionally, there are many other public golf courses and great restaurants nearby.
The beach is pristine and perfect for sunbathing, shell-hunting, swimming, boogie-boarding and windsurfing. Water sports equipment is available, along with deep sea and surf fishing, party boats and dinner cruises. Biking, golf, tennis, fitness center, shopping, restaurants and attractions.

• Kennedy Space Center – 1 hour 45 minutes north
• Lion Country Safari – 30 minutes
• Baseball – spring training camps for LA Dodgers (Vero Beach), Atlanta Braves (Orlando)and the NY Mets (St Lucie) – 30 minutes
• Land of Butterflies – 20 minutes
• Manatee Observation Area – 15 minutes away in downtown Ft. Pierce
• Three nearby shopping malls (the Tangier Outlet Mall at the Vero Beach exit of I-95, the Indian River Mall on Route 60 in Vero Beach, and The Treasure Coast Square Mall on Route US 1 in Jensen Beach)
This is one of the few condos in the area offering weekly rates or monthly rates. Minimum one week stay required. We do NOT rent by the day. Once you see the condo and oceanview, you won't want to leave!

Highly recommended condo. Functional and immaculate. View is amazing. Area is amazing. Wonderful to hear the sound of the beach at night. Festive daytime atmosphere with music from the Tiki Bar steps away (w/ good frozen Margaritas). Immaculate condo pool to swim in and a gorgeous beach. Buy pass ($25 ea) to get towels and swim at the Marriott's pool(s), and enjoy other amenities. The Marriott (next door) does post a Shark warning sign at the beach, but people were swimming despite it. Daily beach chair rental from the Marriott costs $20 ea. Downtown Stuart is not far away with great restaurants. Great management to deal with. Would go again. :o)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.
