Comfortable Place to Stay

My husband and I and our 20 month old daughter just enjoyed a week at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The views were great! We loved the heated swimming pool which was a very comfortable temp. Just FYI because we didn't realize this until after we had settled in but there are carts available where you check in on the 2nd floor. Shobi's customer service sold us when we were picking a condo. I appreciate someone who takes the time to call you and gives you all the info you need as opposed to just replying to an email. We had a small problem with linens that she quickly fixed and was very polite and easy to talk with. The condo had everything we needed but we didn't cook. Some restaurants we enjoyed were the Ultimate California Pizza, Gulfstream Cafe, and Dead Dog Saloon. Lots of restaurants, shopping, etc close by. I don't think you will be disappointed if a condo is what you are looking for!

Clean, Newly Updated and All the Comforts of Home

Our trip included myself, my 7 year old daughter, 18 year old son and his 17 year old friend. There was more than enough room throughout the condos and bedrooms. The two full baths were awesome. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen, and the decor and other furnishings were comfy, clean and tasteful. The unit was quiet and we felt safe. We never heard people above or beside us, or anyone outside. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and pools. We spent days there and headed out in the evenings. The boys enjoyed walking to the pier and downtown in the evening, a quick and easy walk. We couldn't have asked for a nicer unit - this was great! We would definitely return. Shobi was pleasant to deal with and very professional. The rental process was very easy.

We stayed in this apartment one week... all was perfect.. and we saw dolphinsss!! lots of them! OMG OMG Dolphins from the balcony...was GREAT! My nieces teenagers have lots of fun! they only want to tan their selfs.. so was to take the elevator and go out to the sand! like that easy! Excellent location!!! My little one have a blast at the beach then the pool walking like 20 steps then the beach again then the pool again! :) My husband and I go out barefoot on the sand to walk and have some romantic talks ... that includes the balcony so big and with the spectacular view. The pictures you guys have about the balcony and the apartment looks like is small but it is big! Thank you Shobi and Dan so much for the great week on the beach! For sure we are coming back !! A Delight

My husband and I had a trip planned for bike week with his friend and his girlfriend. It was our 10 year anniversary. We have never gone to bike week anywhere and wanted to stay in a place that was close but far enough away to enjoy the beach. We were delighted when we finally arrived to our condo. The view from the balcony is amazing. The place itself was comfortable and it was a safe haven after a long day of riding. The sounds from the ocean made the stay extra special. Every morning we went for a walk on the beach to the pier. We used the hot tub, which I might add was hot to help with sore muscles. Love the place! Bringing my son with next time. Thank you very much!!

I would go back to the same condo it was very clean .The owner is just a great person to deal with and very nice .And if there is anything you neat just call the owner and she will get back to you very fast. Great Place to Stay Gilbert

It is a great condo. Shobi and Sheila could not have been nicer to accomodate our needs. Very very clean, and very tastefully decorated. Will definately want to stay again

Had a great stay at your condo! Beautiful view of the ocean and calm atmosphere. Came in to go to the Christmas shows,have a traditional Thanksgiving lunch locally at Gulf Stream Cafe and go to Tanger for the sales. All was wonderful and we added the Christmas Boat regatta at Little River to our activities and then the dolphin came in to eat breakfast with us on our departing morning.

A wonderful condo and a wonderful resort. Very clean, fast elevators, Shobi is excellent to work with and I cannot say enough good about the entire visit and transactions. An excellent value and choice. I didn't want to leave.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our recent vacation to the beach. One of those being our vacation condo for the week. It was everything we expected and more. It was a wonderful property and the oceanfront pool and view was breathtaking. Thank you Shobi for making this week such a wonderful time for my family.

We had an excellent stay at this property. We had 6 in our group; 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Our kids loved going down to the pier and eating at Sam's. Everyone had fun at Dick's Last Resort...too funny! Shobi was wonderful to do business with.
