This two-bedroom, two bath condominium is located on the bay with just a few steps across the street (through our deeded access) to the magnificent Bonita Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. During the day there is wonderful shelling on these white sandy beaches.. In the evening the most beautiful sunset you will ever see.
This condominium was completely renovated in 2003 with everything brand new, sparkling white kitchen. There is a full laundry room with a new washer and dryer. Bathrooms have been remodeled with new cabinetry and new tile. All new windows, new doors, new carpeting. and new tiles throughout.
Sit back and enjoy the beautiful view and wonderful southwest Florida weather. You can watch the dolphins or wildbirds or read a good book on the screened lanai with furniture. You can fish right off the dock and catch all variety of fish. Boat rental is right next door, as there is immediate access to the Gulf of Mexico.
The living room has a new TV with DVD or VCR combination. Master bedroom has King-size bed, TV, and large bathroom. You can also access the screened lanai from the master bedroom. The second bedroom, which has a queen-size bed, and bathroom can be made private by a door which closes off the other areas.
The location of the condominium has close proximity to casual dining (excellent food) or drive two to three miles to many fine dining places. You can go almost anywhere in casual dress. The beautiful city of Naples is nearby, Philharmonic and Barbara Mann theater for outstanding shows.
