Our home is a warm and friendly, single-level townhouse located on the seventh fairway of the Barony Golf Course. Just a ten minute walk to the beach or take our golf cart and drive there in two minutes. Or just relax on the screened-in porch and watch the golfers hit up to the seventh green. Our kitchen, wet bar and computer workstation have been upgraded with granite this year. We also provide a high chair and Pack-N-Play which will accomodate infants up to 25 lbs. Beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for the kids are provided.
Port Royal Plantation is located at the northeastern curve of the Hilton Head Island and features miles of ocean and sound shoreline where you can swim, walk and bike. You will also enjoy tennis, 54 holes of golf, restaurants and a multi-cinema complex just minutes from the Villa.
New for this year, we have installed a keyless entry system so now you will not have to go to a management company to pick-up or drop-off keys.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We still take care of our villa just as if we were still staying there. We personally check out the villa prior to every visiter to make sure is like our own home away from home. We keep a Pack & Play, high chair and lots of sand toys for the kids. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are all ready for the beach. The golf cart makes going to and from the beach a lot of fun. And for those few rainy days we have plenty of games for the whole family to play with on the screened in porch. If you want to make the most of your vacation time we now offer a shopping service so the villa will be stocked with food on your arrival. Just drive directly to the Villa, punch in the Keyless Entry Key Code and your set to go for a great week.
Beach Parking, Beach Park, Showers and Restrooms for residents of the Island only. We have a pass on the golf cart.

Why did we buy this villa?
We first came to Hilton Head Island in 1997 for my wife’s family reunion. As a child, my wife vacationed with her family in Cape Cod, MA every summer. They all have a love for the Atlantic Ocean! We had such fond memories of the great golfing, biking and spending time at the beaches on Hilton Head Island that we traded for a timeshare week to come back in 2001. We ended up buying a timeshare week at the Barony Beach Club! But every year we’d come back, one week just didn’t seem like enough. So we bought our villa in March 2005. Then our son was born in March 2006 and we decided to give up our life in Breckenridge, CO to live here full time. It has been the right move as this island has so much to offer the visitors and residents alike. Now we are only 10 minutes away from the villa which allows us to assist our guests with anything they need. It’s truly a win-win situation. We love it here and we hope you will, too!

We stayed in this villa last year for the month of February and loved every minute of our stay! The villa is clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The owner was extremely accommodating. The villa is bright. We loved to grill outside and cooking in the kitchen was easy with all space and kitchen equipment. The beds are all comfortable. There are plenty of TVs and Stereo equipment. Our adult children stayed a few nights and enjoyed using the golf cart to explore. The villa is on the 7th hole of the Barony course. We will definitely be back!

Having been a visitor/customer at H ilton Head Island for the last thirty years, and since my four grown children were teenagers; now the least of them is 42 years old; Tricia, who came with us this trip, just to get away for a few days at the beach, and even brought her work with her [medical transcriptionalist] , she breaks away from her hubby and teenage sons for a spell; laying the groundwork for this trip; I had stayed at Palmetto Dunes all those years, and wore out most of the upscale condos on the resort, having an experience such as this makes me that harder to please, doing this one or two times a year, I have to do it right, and make the right choice in accomodations; I really searched hard until I found this Villa, with it's brightness and color, light beaming in, and on the golf coarse, nice and quiet, and supplied with a nice golf cart, now the five minutes to the beach becomes a true statement even the long way around; Al has been a close host to confide with if questions did arise; thanks Al to you and your lovely family for being as close as a phone call; we had a memorable trip; and if the Lord wills it to be so, will probably see you again. Today is my last night at this home and it has been so wonderful! The owners were so nice and the accomodations are so cozy! I can't wait to return next year. I have been coming to Hilton Head for about 10 years now and this is the nicest place I've stayed, especially with a family. I highly recommend!

We stayed at this property from July 23, 2011 through July 30, 2011 and had a wonderful time. The first thing I can say is that the Condo was very clean! We had some friends stay at some other units at the Links and their condo's were not as clean as ours! The condo looks much better in person than in the photos. The colors are bright and cheery. Our favorite feature was the golf cart. It made our lives much easier with two young kids! Very easy to pack it up and head for the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

Our first visit to South Carolina at this location was everything we hoped it would be. The villa is located in a quiet, gated golf community so we felt safe. The beautiful trees throughout the community draping the sidewalks and roads are gorgeous. The white sandy beach went on forever making morning and evening walks a real treat. The villa itself lived up to the 5 star ratings. Three generous bedrooms, each with their own TV and bath and a central living area with views of the adjacent golf course makes this place a great property. The golf cart was fantastic to use for easy access to the beach. The owners made every effort to ensure that we knew where the local attractions were and the place was spotlessly clean. They assisted us a great deal before we even got to Hilton Head so we were all set to go upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and will come back again. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to family and friends. Thank you Al and Joanne for sharing your home with us.

We spent 12 days in November at this property. It was just as described only better. Great map to help you find your way to this private, gated house. Easy to access with the keypad on the door, no rental company to stop at to pick up or drop off keys. Very comfortable, wonderful screened in porch to watch the golfers and have your morning coffee, lunch or glass of wine in the afternoon. Loved the golf cart for short trips to the beach. This place was nice and bright. We stay in HHI often and this place was a gem. Al and JoAnn could not have been more helpful and accommodating before and during our visit. We will definitely be back......if we can book before someone else finds out about this fabulous property!!!!!!!!

Our six week stay at this property was perfect in every way. The property was well maintained and the owners were wonderful to work with. They responded to our every call. The home is extremely comfortable and well decorated. The golf cart was a fun extra and made our trips to the beach very enjoyable. This was our first experience with VRBO and we were more than satisfied. We hope to return again.
