  We stayed in this villa last year for the month of February and loved every minute of our stay! The villa is clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The owner was extremely accommodating. The villa is bright. We loved to grill outside and cooking in the kitchen was easy with all space and kitchen equipment. The beds are all comfortable. There are plenty of TVs and Stereo equipment. Our adult children stayed a few nights and enjoyed using the golf cart to explore. The villa is on the 7th hole of the Barony course. We will definitely be back!

  We had a great time here. The villa was bright and clean and had everything we needed. The owner called to make sure we had everything we needed which we thought was very nice. Three bedrooms and three baths and a comfortable living area. We sat on the screened porch and played cards, took the golf cart for spins around the neighborhood and cooked many meals right at the villa. We also rented bikes. Would highly recommend that as there are many bike trails and it is easy riding. Loved the beach, the trees and the fact that Hilton Head was centrally located to various attractions such as Savannah, Tybee Island, Beaufort and Charleston. Just had a great great time and would highly recommend this villa. Thanks so much!!

  There were six of us staying in the house, and we did never felt that we were stepping all over each other. The master bedroom is very large with a bright bathroom. The twin bedroom is small, but my daughters were comfortable. The queen bedroom is light and airy with a window seat. The photos aren't as good as the actual living room/dining room. The house is very bright and very open. The high ceilings make the house feel much larger than it is. This property does sit in the back of the neighborhood. It is an easy walk to the pool and a quick ride to the beach. We used the golf cart because within two trips we could get everyone there with all of our beach gear. This is not the loud, crowded part of HH. It's secluded, and it's so nice and quiet. I was afraid that I'd be bored and disappointed in a house that is not on the beach, but I found that I was ready to get back to "our" house at the end of the day. To sum up, the description is accurate. Photos were not as good as actual house. Very clean and well-maintained. It is not dated. The owner was very helpful, and he answered any and all questions we had. Not only would I recommend this property to a friend, but this would be *the* place I would want to stay.

  We spent a week at Al's house a year ago and were sure at that time that one week was way too little at this great place. We decided to add another week this year and to put it simple, it was a terrific decision. Besides the "standard features" (very pleasant weather, fun ride with golf cart to beach, tennis nearby, pool, fairway views) we particularly enjoy our kids (8 and 10 year old girls) freedom to run around the neighborhood on their own and, supported by early morning jetlag, the magnificent sunrises (app. 6.45 a.m.). We truly enjoy this place and we’ll surely be back. Thanks Al and family for offering and maintaining such a wonderful home.

  We enjoyed our stay at this property so very much. We were here for 2months and it was just like home except the weather was great. Al was wonderful with everything and checked in on us to see if their was anything we needed. Everything in the listing was accurate. Would recommend this to anyone for a great vacation.

  MY WIFE AND I AND MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER HAD A TERRIFIC TIME AND EXPERIENCE AT THIS VILLA; ONE OF THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD; GOLF CART MADE IT MORE PLEASURABLE, WE HAVE MEDICAL PROBLEMS, MY WIFE WITH COPD, AND BOTH OF US USING OXYGEN AT TIMES; WE CAME DOWN THIS SEPT 12 UNTIL SEPT 16TH, 2011 THANKS AL FOR YOUR BEING CLOSE AS A PHONE CALL AWAY FOR QUESTIONS WE MAY HAVE HAD; MADE US FEEL EVEN MORE SECURE KNOWING IF WE HAD A PROBLEM OR QUESTION; HE WAS AVAILABLE.

  Having been a visitor/customer at H ilton Head Island for the last thirty years, and since my four grown children were teenagers; now the least of them is 42 years old; Tricia, who came with us this trip, just to get away for a few days at the beach, and even brought her work with her [medical transcriptionalist] , she breaks away from her hubby and teenage sons for a spell; laying the groundwork for this trip; I had stayed at Palmetto Dunes all those years, and wore out most of the upscale condos on the resort, having an experience such as this makes me that harder to please, doing this one or two times a year, I have to do it right, and make the right choice in accomodations; I really searched hard until I found this Villa, with it's brightness and color, light beaming in, and on the golf coarse, nice and quiet, and supplied with a nice golf cart, now the five minutes to the beach becomes a true statement even the long way around; Al has been a close host to confide with if questions did arise; thanks Al to you and your lovely family for being as close as a phone call; we had a memorable trip; and if the Lord wills it to be so, will probably see you again. [DATE OF STAY; 9/12 TO 9/16 2011]

  Today is my last night at this home and it has been so wonderful! The owners were so nice and the accomodations are so cozy! I can't wait to return next year. I have been coming to Hilton Head for about 10 years now and this is the nicest place I've stayed, especially with a family. I highly recommend!

  We stayed at this property from July 23, 2011 through July 30, 2011 and had a wonderful time. The first thing I can say is that the Condo was very clean! We had some friends stay at some other units at the Links and their condo's were not as clean as ours! The condo looks much better in person than in the photos. The colors are bright and cheery. Our favorite feature was the golf cart. It made our lives much easier with two young kids! Very easy to pack it up and head for the beach! I would definitely stay here again!
