A WONDERFUL BEACH VACATION FOR ABOUT HALF THE PRICE OF GULF-FRONT PROPERTY - this spacious, two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath townhome sleeps six comfortably and has just been completely redecorated. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has two double-size beds. The decor is colorful and comfortable. The downstairs has tiled floors and when you step out the back door you are within steps of the pool area.

This condominium is located only 300 yards from beautiful Miramar Beach, an easy walk or drive with free public parking and public restrooms. It is convenient to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and other great shopping and fabulous restaurants. Oh yes, you are allowed two parking spaces right at the front door... No elevators to wait for.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

The owners are the BEST you will ever do business with, guaranteed! The pool is so nice and only footsteps away from your back door. The beach is an EASY stroll down a quiet side street! What else could anyone ask for? A+ for the condo and A+ for the owners! HIGHLY recommend!

  • The moment you step into this bright, nicely decorated town house, you know you're set for a memorable vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is clean and neat. You are close to a beautiful beach and wonderful shopping.Beds are very comfortable and 3 TV's are ready to go.We recommend this unit and would love to come again.

  • This condo is very nice, confortable, and convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Our favorate places to eat were Ciao Bella, Cuvee Beach, and Pompano Joes. I went scuba diving on two ship wreaks, and my son and I went snorkeling off of the beach and Para Sailing. Jellyfish were a problem for a few days. When I return to Destin, I will be sure to stay in this condo again.

  • We spent a great 4th of July holiday at Woodland Shores. The townhome is bright and spacious, and had everything we needed for 2 couples and a 4-year old. The pool is only steps from the back door, and the beautiful Miramar beach just 3 blocks away on a low-traffic street. We look forward to our next vacation in Destin!

  • This unit is beautifully decorated with all the conveniences of home. Loved the heated pool right outside the back door and the unit is only a short walk to the beach. Great restaurants nearby and our favourite was Ocean Club which was recommended by the unit owner. Would definitely rent this unit again.
