This unit was so clean, spacious and very very nice. It was also decorated very pretty. The beds were very comfortable as well. The condo had everything we needed and more. It felt like we were at home. The full Kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed and more. The living room also very nice. There was a ton of storage and we loved having the washer and dryer. We loved the pool and the tennis courts. We also used the gass grill which was great. I loved that you had a shed with beach chairs! The walk to the beach was only five minutes if that and shopping any where you would want to go. I will stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Mirmar Beach. Thank you so much for renting your condo to us.

Woodland Shores Townhome

Oh my, we were so pleased when we walked in the door of this beautiful condo. It far outweighed our expectations. It was immaculately clean and so inviting. Loved the decor. We have 2 girls ages 8 and 13 and they loved their bedroom! The condo is very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. The pool is very well kept and so close to the condo. We experienced some severe rain during our stay, and it was so nice that we felt comfortable enough with staying indoors and playing games that we found in the drawers! Loved everything about this perfectly located condo. If we holiday in Destin again, we will be re-booking. Wonderful owners to deal with who made us feel very welcome, even though we didn't meet them! Thank you Connie and Linda, you have a perfect beach retreat. BTW...I am pretty picky but I couldn't find a single thing to whinge about!

The Perfect Place to Stay!

This condo fit the needs of our family perfectly! It truly felt like we were in someone's home, and we were very comfortable here. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and the layout was very accomodating. The condo has everything you need, and it is beautifully decorated - the full kitchen was great, and we loved having a washer & dryer! Our kids loved how close we were to pool, and one night we even grilled out for dinner and ate by the pool. The condo is in a great location - within walking distance of the beautiful Miramar Beach, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The owners were so great to work with, and we can't wait to come back here again!

We have just purchased a beautiful piece of furniture with 3 drawers for the top of the stairs so when you come back, there will be even more storage space. We will be putting in new cabinetry in all the baths in Sept. so the sinks will be higher and they will have a new fresh look. This condo was just as promised. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling with a small family. We have visited the last five summers in Miramar and this condo exceeded all of my expectations...and grandma's too. (She is pretty picky!) The home is beautifully decorated, cleanly, and stocked with everything and more that you will need for a home away from home. We all totally enjoyed the pool and the beach was just an added touch to the condo. We will be back......

The condo was everything we needed and more. It was beautifully decorated and perfect location to beach and having the pool right out the back door was great. We had an excellent time staying there!! I would definitely recommend the condo to others. The owners were easy to work with and answered all our questions without hesitation. We had a blast at the Baytowne Wharf, definitely a must see if you have children also great place to just hang out. We had a great time!!

More than expected!

This condo was more than we could have ever expected. The location is fantastic and we were so close to the beach, dining, and SHOPPING!! This condo has everything you could ever think you need and extras. Nice large kitchen, comfortable living room and very, very comfy beds. (we prob would've taken those with us if they would fit in our suitcases) It was also nice to be right by the pool, so we could get out for a quick swim without going to the beach. Despite what the media had been saying about the beach and the oil, the beaches were all beautiful and CLEAN! We saw people out everyday waiting to clean anything that washed ashore up, but we never saw them finding anything. We have just made it back home and we are already planning our trip next summer and hope this condo is available for us then. Thank you so much for sharing your home! You were just a joy to work with!

Wonderful accomodations

This condo was a super place to stay. The pictures were exactly what we found. Its close enough to walk to the beach but without the constant beach street traffic. Quiet for my family, pool was very clean and grounds were well manicured. The fact that chairs and beach umbrella were provided was a plus for my family who doesn't frequent the beach often. Make sure you venture down to the public beach area on the left end (as you look at the ocean) for cool water activities. Destin Commons is a nice outdoor mall where you can eat at the famous Hard Rock Cafe, catch a movie and splurge at Cold Stone Creamery.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nicely decorated, clean, and has everything you would need. Just a short walk to the beach and pool is right out the back door. Our vacation was PERFECT, and this condo really made us feel at home! It is beautifully decorated, wonderfully comfortable, and accommodating in every imaginable way. The owners are the BEST you will ever do business with, guaranteed! The pool is so nice and only footsteps away from your back door. The beach is an EASY stroll down a quiet side street! The moment you step into this bright, nicely decorated town house, you know you're set for a memorable vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is clean and neat. You are close to a beautiful beach and wonderful shopping.Beds are very comfortable and 3 TV's are ready to go.We recommend this unit and would love to come again.

This condo is very nice, confortable, and convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Our favorate places to eat were Ciao Bella, Cuvee Beach, and Pompano Joes. I went scuba diving on two ship wreaks, and my son and I went snorkeling off of the beach and Para Sailing. Jellyfish were a problem for a few days. When I return to Destin, I will be sure to stay in this condo again.

We spent a great 4th of July holiday at Woodland Shores. The townhome is bright and spacious, and had everything we needed for 2 couples and a 4-year old. The pool is only steps from the back door, and the beautiful Miramar beach just 3 blocks away on a low-traffic street. We look forward to our next vacation in Destin!

This unit is beautifully decorated with all the conveniences of home. Loved the heated pool right outside the back door and the unit is only a short walk to the beach. Great restaurants nearby and our favourite was Ocean Club which was recommended by the unit owner. Would definitely rent this unit again.

This condo is delightful! We enjoy being close to a pool AND the beach. It is also close to great shopping areas. It is furnished nicely and is roomy. We liked being able to park right at our front door.
