There are two master bedroom suites, one on the main floor with a queen-size bed and bath with tiled shower and separate jacuzzi tub. The second master is on the second floor and has a king-size bed and tiled walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom is located on the main level with twin beds and a tub/shower combination. The upstairs loft has a futon and game table.
The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with many essential and non-essential kitchen gadgets. The kitchen and dining area have hardwood maple flooring and seating for up to ten. The inside laundry room with washer and dryer opens into the two-car garage. The outside deck features a gas barbecue, table and chairs along with built-in seating all along the outside.
Bend is famous for its year-round outdoor activities. This home is close to the Deschutes River, national forest, golf, and more.
