Our villa is off the beaten path for a true island getaway. Located in the scenic Ocean Point area, we chose this first-floor unit for its quiet location separated from the busyness of the center island. But not to worry golf carts and bikes are offered for your convenience so you can get to any destination within minutes (you must have an amenity to rent bikes and golf carts).
Or you can just stay where you are and enjoy the private pool and ocean views from almost every room. The beach (low tide only) is accessible just four doors down.
The kitchen/living room has just been tiled with 16-inch ceramic and every room has been freshly painted with colors reflecting the sea. All of the bedding is new with high count linens, quilts, and down blankets.
The two full baths are tiled and supplied with quality towels and accessories. The remodeled kitchen has new cabinets and appliances, tiled floor, and breakfast bar. The cook is not left out when it comes to enjoying the view and being with the family.
There is plenty to do and see on the Island. The beach is great to walk on (very flat) or stay for the day and bring the chairs that are provided.
If you want to venture off of the island there are a variety of day trips. Go visit historic Beaufort, South Carolina just 19 miles away with all of its history and fine restaurants. Both Savannah and Charleston are easy day trips rich in history and beauty. Hilton Head is a little over an hour away for great factory outlet shopping.
This will be one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations your family will ever take. Enjoy quality time together while exploring this delightful area.

Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us. The view is spectacular, especially for the cook and kitchen hands! We enjoyed the brisk weather- the kids loved the ocean despite the temperature. The heated pool and hot tub at the Cabana Club were also a hit... as was the golf cart! We love Fripp and Beaufort. We will be back!

Our family comes to Fripp each summer for a reunion. Everyone enjoys the serenity of the island. This is our first visit to your condo and everything was great! The furnishings are comfortable and it was clean upon our arrival. Great location- we enjoyed the pool each day after our morning tennis. And it was nice sitting on the porch in the evenings with the ocean breeze. We really like having our own golf cart to run around the island. Thanks for sharing your special home away from home with us. We'll be back!

A beautiful week for us on the ocean. Fripp offered a great vacation getaway. Michigan was a long wintery beast this year. Nothing chased the cold away so fast as the warm beach, cool winds and restful surf.
