What a nice place to stay, the beach is a real short walk and the people in the area are nice, i just wish we had a month and not a week.My family will be back.

This was my first time to the Cape and it was one of our best vacations. We stayed in Unit 10 and found it to be very clean and comfortable. A home away from home! The house is in a great location and the deeded private beach is just 5 houses away. We found it to be better than any of the public beaches (very clean and not overly crowded). The water was very warm and there were just enough waves (not too big). There is no water view, however, the neighbors had fireworks and we had a front row seat! Plenty to do, even for our teenagers!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

A great place to stay. Two minutes from the beach. And West Dennis is central to everything. The cottage clean and comfortable and everthing is new within the last two years.

We had a perfect week at this lovely duplex/cottage. The decor is fresh, clean and beachy which really makes you feel like you are on vacation. This was our second year here and it was even nicer this year than last ( new bathroom). The street is safe and quiet and the closeness to the beach is ideal. The furniture is comfortable and the owner was very thoughtful in providing nearly everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Thank you for a very pleasant experience in vacation rentals!

This was my first vacation on the Cape and I was worried because my family are clean freaks! Well they walked into the 3 bedroom house and it was immaculate! Plenty of room for 7 people (4 adults), spacious! Everything looked brand new, couches were very comfortable. It's a block from the beach and we really enjoyed our time. It was central on Rte 28 and lots of restaurants and lots of places for kids. We Loved it!! :)

We had a wonderful time with our four grandchildren and parents. Great location especially with very young children (who had the time of their lives.) Well appointed cottage - comfortable - just like being at home. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay at this rental. It is clean, very nicely furnished, and comfortable for our family of two adults and four (very active!) kids. The location can't be beat - a two minute walk to the beach, a few minutes further down to the Swan river and great fishing. The neighborhood and area are very family-friendly, my kids made new friends while on vacation! The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just a short drive away, and boat rentals are available near the Bass River - again, just a few minutes drive. We had a wonderful vacation.
