This is a fantastic home in Florida, extremely well furnished, and very clean, it certainly lives up to the description, if anything it is better than described. The south facing garden and pool were great for relaxing by, and the rear canopy very useful for that occasional Florida shower. The villa is in a great location, with good local amenities(large 24hr Wal-Mart 5 mins away), and all of the usual Florida attractions within 30 mins drive. We visited Clearwater Beach on the Gulf coast, idyllic white sand beaches, and is just 1.5hrs drive away. We would and have recommended this villa to friends and family and have already booked our return trip for next year. This is our umpteenth visit to Florida and this villa is one of the best we have used - we will be back!! Weather in the 80s most days and sun shining - very little cloud and no rain. We are a family of five and visited the US for the first time. When we arrived the house we were pleasantly surprised - it was lovely! The owners were also very friendly and helpful! Everything was there (in the house) and it was better then expected. It was clean and well kept, good location and a great to have our own pool. The children also enjoyed the computer, Playstation and the airhockey. We would recommend this place to everyone! - And go to Mannys! Great food and great ambiance! We have great memories from Haines City and would love to come back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This was our first experience renting a home/villa for vacation. We traveled with another family so we had a total of 9 people. The villa was very spacious and we totally enjoyed having our own "space". It was nice to have all the amenities of "home" while on vacation, especially washer/dryer facilities. The children loved the pool and game room. The villa was well kept and very clean! Thanks for making this year's vacation great!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

A wonderful villa - extremely clean and well equipped, plus close to a number of attractions. It was nice to have the internet and the villa had a great layout. .Great steak house on route 17 just down the road "Mannys" The TV in all the rooms will be nice when we go again with the kids. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Definitely a great place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have travelled around the world and stayed at many villas with pools and would have to say that this villa was by far the best we have stayed in. Very well equipped offering everything you could possibly need, even down to a travel plug. The added extras were a bonus. the pool table, PS2, internet access were brilliant. The only thing that we needed was more time, two weeks was not long enough. We would definatelty book again and would recommend this villa to others.Did you find this review helpful? I would just like to say I was scared to rent a house and send someone that I never met a large sum of money. But after finding the house at 12:30 in the am with no problems from Julies directions, and seeing this BEAUTIFUL house I'm so glad we did it. This house has everthing and more that you need. These pictures do this house no justice!! And who has a computer at a rental!!?? Thank you Thank you Thank you. Our vacation was great and very cheap because of this house. Julie you are the best and you helped us in every way that you could. I brought a stroller for my son and you supplied one in the garage!! I don't remember reading that in your desription so maybe you should add that and thanks for the crib my son slept every night and never woke up in the middle of the night. Only idea would be a grill? I hope to come back to this awesome house again. We had a wonderful time. The house was extremely well maintained and very clean. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and game room. Having internet and WIFI was definitely a plus. There are many golf courses nearby. Also all the Disney parks are within a short driving distance. We would highly recommend this villa for rental.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We stayed at the above property from 18th May 2008 - 1st June 2008 and found it to be of a very high standard. Everything felt very clean, good quality and the owners had obviously gone to a lot of trouble to make the property a "home from home" with Disney charcters in the bedrooms for the children. It is situated in a nice quiet area just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Disney and the pool area is lovely (could just do with a couple of extra sun loungers!). Can't comment on the Management company as we never saw them but we didn't have any need to contact them as everything was fine.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Myself and my family have recently returned from two weeks holiday in this lovely house. The house was everything it said on the tin and more. The pics on the ad definitely dont do it justice. The owners are very friendly and answered all my questions before we went. I received superb directions to the property from our airport (and all local airports). It was very easy to find and we were delighted when we got there. 4 huge bedrooms, two with own ensuite and two twins sharing a bathroom. Kitchen was extremely well equipped and it was home from home for us. TV/DVD in every room (including a lovely sort of annexe room with a sofa bed and a pc with internet access (we called it the sulking room!!!) Dining room enough for 8+ people and games room with air hockey and pool.Good for the few nights we were so shattered we needed a rest! Pool was a little chilly but it was hot enough for us not to notice and we were given the option of pool heating beforehand. . Plenty of info in the villa about attractions restaurants etc.On the whole a fab property in a blossoming development about 20 mins from the centre of the action (theme parks, international drive etc) but far enough away. I will be recommending it to friends who have asked me recently for suitable accommodation. Also will probably be going back again next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

The description details were very accurate regarding layout and amenities of the property itself. The location is good but is probably more like 25 mins from the actual Disney (and other) Parks although it is 15 mins to the first Disney sign and this is widely quoted in other properties particulars. Property was well-maintained and the owners were very helpful throughout the process. We would definitely recommend the property to others.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Travelling times to parks are dependent on season, time of day and traffic conditions so this is only a rough guide. Also if you were travelling to Seaworld or some of the other parks it is further than going to the first Disney park. However, we are pleased that you agree that the location is still good. Your villa was perfect. It was lovely and clean when we arrived. Ben loved the pool toys and Sophie, our 1year old, loved the giant cuddly Tiger. The little details made it a very comfortable home. We found the owners really easy to deal with, great level of communication. Now to the villa itself, we have been staying in villas for many years, and can honestly say, that this villa truly lives up to the advertising, and from our experience, is by far the best we have stayed in, and represents excellent value for money too. Its greatest asset is it's beautiful south facing but private pool. Being south facing means it gets the benefit of the Florida sun ALL DAY LONG. Add to this it's proximity to the theme parks, straight up the adjacent I-4, an easy 15 minute drive, as well as a huge 24 hour Wal-mart hyper market less than 5 minutes away, not forgetting a Publix food market eqiui-distant, with the Gulf coast a short hour's drive away But back to the villa, very clean and well maintained and packed with all your needs and then more, all of a high quality. a really commodious place comfortably sleeps up to 8. In short the ideal home from home we heartily recommend. We're back there again soon. Enjoy your bit of paradise in the sun in the privacy of this beautiful villa in paradise.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had a great time at your villa. The house was very comfortable, very much a home from home. The kids all had a great time in the pool and on the PS2. The computer is a bonus, the kids enjoyed being able to keep in touch with their friends back home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We had a great 2 weeks in the sunshine state and felt very much home from home. The mangement company bent over backwards to make sure everything was just right for us. The villa was first class. Clean, peaceful and in a good location. The kids loved the pool and TV in every room. Internet was a God send for our eldest!
