Our beautifully decorated three bedroom two and a half bath townhouse is centrally located in Palmetto Dunes Ocean Resort. All of Palmetto Dunes amenities are within walking distance.
The most beautiful pristine 12 miles of beach along the Atlantic coastline is a five minute walk from our home.
If you are planning a golf vacation look no further, the villa is is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, rated one of the top 100 courses in the world. The breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean on the 10th and 11th holes, have made this course a "must play" on the island.
Not enough to do yet? Try your hand at tennis, there is no better location on Palmetto Dunes, you are steps away from the top-ranked 25 court Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, offering a full range of adult and junior clinics with private instructions. Our guest receive one free hour of tennis daily.
From the villa you can walk to bike and canoe/kayak rental, general store and restaurants. Rent a bycicle and explore the miles of leisure paths that pass by scores of wildlife and lush green foliage or rent a canoe go fishing or explore the 11 miles of waterways in the calm Palmetto Dunes lagoon.
Take advantage of the Palmetto Dune Buggy, available from March through Labor Day, this free personal door- to-door shuttle service will bake you to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, the mall, or anywhere on Palmetto Dunes.
As you enter into the tiled two-story open foyer you will immediately feel the elegance and comfort of our home.
On the first floor of the villa, which is completely tiled, are the kitchen, dining room, great room, half-bath, master bedroom and full- bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, disposal, range/oven, dishes, cookware, utensils, and a full size-stacked washer and dryer. In our kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare anything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal!
The spacious great room is comfortably furnished with a couch, loveseat, chair, large TV armoire, 27-inch TV, DVD/VHS player, stereo with CD player and ceiling fan. Step outside to the brand new deck where, after a full day of activities you can throw a steak or fresh fish on the gas grill and enjoy a relaxing evening.
The dining room with large table has seating for eight and three bar tools for added seating or just to enjoy a relaxing breakfast around the bar.
Board games and playing cards are provided for those fun family game nights.
The large master bedroom has a full-size private bath, king-size bed, ceiling fan, 25-inch TV,DVD/VCR, his-and-her closets, safe, ironing board, iron, and a access to the deck.
The carpeted second floor has two private large bedrooms. Each bedroom with one twin and one queen-size bed, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, 20-inch TV's, and large closets. A full tiled bath connects the bedrooms.
Fresh bed linens are provided upon your arrival.
Bring your laptop our villa is equipped with free wireless high-speed internet.
Please be aware that the villa cannot be rented to vacationing students or guests under the age of 25. A signed rental agreement is required and the person signing the agreement must occupy the villa for the entire lenght of the reservation.
A credit card on file is required by the rental/management company in lieu of a security deposit.
