Located right across the street from Turtle Point Clubhouse and within walking distance to the beach and The Sanctuary Hotel. Our villa is on the top floor with magnificent lagoon views. The Master Suite has a King size bed and an adjacent Full Bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a brand new bedroom set with a Queen size bed and a Twin bed. It also has an adjacent Full Bathroom. The family room also has brand new furniture including a queen sleeper sofa. The Kitchen is spacious with a breakfast area and adjoining screened in porch.
Our villa is a part of the Kiawah Island Resort program which means you will be treated as a guest of the resort giving you access to the Night Heron Pool and Tennis Club Pool. You can also enjoy discounted Greens Fees and all 5 of Kiawah's Championship Golf Courses, including The Ocean Course.
You will also have preferred access for Reservations to the Resort Restaurants, including The Ocean Room and Jasmine Porch located at The Sanctuary as well as the Spa at The Sanctuary.

The Unique Benefits at this Two Bedroom Villa
Our villa is part of the Kiawah Property Mangement program which entitles guests to certain amenities on the island. It also means you you recieve certain discounts and have 24 access to Kiawah's houskeeping service. This is not the case if you go with another villa or cottage on the island not managed by Kiawah!
