This unit is a PENTHOUSE LEVEL unit [11th floor] at DESTIN GULFGATE CONDOMINIUMS.As the Penthouse, it has higher ceilings,crown molding,better views, is quieter and is decorated in upscale penthouse fashion(master bedroom has a $3,000 sealy posturpedic matress and 600 count sheets).This Penthouse unit is arguably the nicest unit at Destin Gulfgate. It was remodeled in 2007.
This condo and its heated pool are directly on the beach,with direct frontal views, no road to cross!
These units have great layouts. This is an OVERSIZE TWO BEDROOM at 1480 square feet. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with 32" tv and whirlpool tub.
The second bedroom is large enough for two queen-size beds. The main living area is oversized also and has a queen-size, pull-out couch. Therefore, this two-bedroom unit can EASILY ACCOMMODATE EIGHT PEOPLE. In addition, the balcony is very nice at 30-feet long by eight-foot deep.The beachfront is 465-feet wide! For a smaller building with only 65 units, this assures an uncrowded beach.
This penthouse unit has high speed internet,wet bar with seperate icemaker, and upscale appointments. The location is excellent as you can park your car and walk to six or seven restaurants, water park, putt putt, etc. You are two minutes to Wal-Mart, the theatres, whatever!
