Wonderful beach bungalow is the perfect place for all of your family gatherings. The home was recently remodeled in a comfortable upscale beach decor and received the Treasure Island beautification award in 2004. This home was also featured on HGTV's remodeling show "Generation Renovation."
This home has three to four bedrooms or sleeping areas and two full bathrooms. It also has two living areas with the upstairs living area having Futon couch, big screen TV and games. The upper patio is furnished with nice outdoor furniture to enjoy beautiful Florida sunsets. Downstairs there is overstuffed furniture, full kitchen, and a dining room that comfortably seats ten. It is just steps from the beach, there is a picnic table and charcoal grill for cookouts.

Wonderful place and a terrific experience. Definitely worth the value. Much more spacious than the pictures, or write-ups, portend. I would recommend this property to anyone with (or without) children for family reunions, vacations, or long weekends. There is plenty to do and places to eat within immediate vicinity of the beach house. If you're looking for something that is somewhat "off the beaten path" this is certainly for you.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The listing accurately describes the house and all that it has to offer. It was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway -- very comfortable and clean, and a great place to just kick back and relax.(The decor is delightful and beautifully done!) The kitchen is well-equipped, the deck has chairs and a table, and the walkway to the beach is right across the street from the front door. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions, and I've been recommending this property to friends. I'm looking forward to returning with my family. Also, we thoroughly enjoyed dinner at 'The Pearl' restaurant in Treasure Island, just a couple minutes from the house.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children.
