We welcome all of our friends from previous visits back for another year, and of course look forward to our new guests for this year! Our Condo has received a face lift over the winter with a major repainting project for the exterior areas of the Gulfside complex. The main pool and hot tub have been refurbished, resealed and repainted with a new LED lighting system installed which gives a great effect to the whole pool area in the evenings. We look forward to seeing you this year, have a look!

Bill and Constance, We loved our stay in your unit - great location, great weather, and a wonderful place to visit with our kids. My brother and his family rented a unit on the bayside and we enjoyed meeting up to explore the Lazy River, the beach, the Ramada splash pool, the Armament museum, the Gulfarium, and the Destin restaurants. My only regret is that we didn't spend more time just sitting and relaxing with a cup of coffee on your balcony - we kept a pretty hectic schedule while there. Thanks for making the rental process easy and friendly. If we return to the Destin area we will certainly keep you in mind

Weather was fabulous! We rented a pontood boat & snorkeled! Had great food, drove 30A & visited towns. We love your condo & will stay here again next time. Thank you for your help coordinating our stay!

Sunny days with afternoon thunderstorms. Did the beach, pools and lazy river and caught up on our reading-also, we rented a boat from Terry next door and went to Crab Island. Wonderful times!!! Loved being with family and creating memories. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family. We truly enjoyed it and hope to make this an annual trip!

Tropical depression came in & made ocean very rough-mostly red flag days. We still had a GREAT time-went to the pier-beach, and all the pools. Loved the lazy river at night. Parasailed & snorkeled. We loved this place & hate going home. Was hoping for one more beautiful ocean day. Love how this condo is decorated-very homey. Thanks

We loved all the different pools, lazy river, & splash park-we spent most of our vacation in the water. Saw dolphins from the balcony. It was great to spend time with the family-we hate to go home! Wonderful condo! Great location-close to the beach and som much stuff to do close by. Thanks Bill & Constance!!!

Hi Bill, Thanks! We had a great time, as usual! This was our fourth year at Destin West and our eighth year at Fort Walton. We look forward to our trip every year and this year was no exception. It really delivered! For the first time, we rented a pontoon boat for the day and drove around the bay. We had a pod of dolphins swim with us for about 15 minutes, we anchored at a deserted beach where we found hundreds of hermit crabs in the shallow water, and we spent a couple of hours at Crab Island. It was without a doubt the highlight of our trip! Our departure was bittersweet as we realized that because of the oil spill, our little taste of paradise may not be the same for many years to come. Yet we know that we will return next year, no matter what, and that we are counting the days until that happens. Thanks again!

Exciting Jimmy Buffet island atmosphere inside and out. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico, sunsets, fishing pier, white sugar like sand beach and emerald green waters,from the large lanai or the condo windows. Our favorite place to stay in the Florida Panhandle. Excellant amenities in the condo and resort. Clean, well maintained condo with 32 in wide screen tv in LR and tv's in each BR, with vcrs or DVD's,and a library of videos. Good selection of cooking utensils if you want to cook local fish. Restaurants , from hot dogs to gourmet, within walking range, via the beach or pavement. Resort has three pools plus a kiddies pool, 3 hot tubs, and a lazy river to raft on. Grounds are well maintained with friendly staff. Resort offers a truly state of the art work out facility, like Golds Gym. A great place to stay, but I won't give up my time slot.

My husband and I stayed in this condo the week between Christmas and New Years Day 2006. We have been fortunate enough to spend one week a year on Okaloosa Island for the past 18 years (usually in early June).This condo is beautifully decorated and is on the top floor which allows for beautiful views of the gulf and beach. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone who is wanting a comfortable nicely decorated place to stay in a great location on Okaloosa Island.
