  We were lucky enough to find this beach house 2 weeks before our vacation. The owners were wonderful to work with us on such short notice. The house was very comfortable for our family and my sister. The layout is perfect for one or two small families. We really enjoyed spending most of our time on the back deck area when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was fairly simple for our 3 kids ages 9, 12, and 14. But might be a bit cumbersome if you have toddlers. The quiet street was AWESOME for the kids to play on. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need. I would recommend this house as a great rental with the owners being wonderful to work with.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

  stayed here for four weeks in november 2010. stayed here mostly for work in the area. the place was well stock for cooking and entertainment. we enjoyed our stay and will definetly will stay here next time with need lodging on LBI. convenient for a trip to the mainland for shopping. would recommend.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  Bob, thank you for allowing us to stay in your LBI beach house. Your house has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and my sisters and I were very comfortable. Also the tips of what to do were very helpful. Trips to the bay for sunset with the kayak were perfect. Thanks again -- Marilyn and family.

  We came here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Our children are 19 & 24 & they joined us mid-week. I cannot express to you how wonderfully cozy & comfortable your home made us feel. We made some wonderful family memories here & hope to come back soon. P.S. My husband had a great Birthday!!

  We had a wonderful week, despite "Ernesto." The house is beautiful and very accommodating. We will be back next year, and Ben will see you on the ice!!!

  What a lovely home! When we first arrived, we were impressed how comfortable, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated your house is. Everything that we needed was right here! Thanks for all of your suggestions regarding restaurants and activities. You were right, the sunsets were terrific. We would definitely visit again!

  This was definitely the most accommodating and comfortable house we've rented in over 7 yrs vacationing in LBI. Had a great time. We'll be back next yr.

  Our experience was wonderful here. We really enjoyed our stay . . . a little too much rain tho. The bay was exciting getting crabs, the kids loved that. Wonderful family times out back with a great breeze blowing from the water. Great Dinner at "TUCKERS" a must again. Thank you.
