2005 built luxury home with "Free High Speed Wireless Internet", in the heart of Lake Havasu City. Three to five minutes from the London Bridge, boat launches, dining, and activities.
Main house includes three bedrooms and two baths. Separate CASITA/Granny Flat is a second master suite with its own full bath and kitchenette, perfect for two couples during winter months. The inviting pool and spa (heated, of course!) is gated for security from curious toddlers and has a "beach shelf" for the little splashers. The back yard is ultra-private.
Enjoy your evenings off the lake watching your favorite movies on the GIANT 48-inch big screen TV with DVD and surround sound. Every bedroom has its own TV and DVD player. Ceiling fans are in every room. The TWO master suites boast king-size beds (custom-built for us). Add a queen-size bed in the first guest room and a twin/full-size bunk in the second. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area has table and counter seating for ten!

In searching for a perfect get away for my family and friends I came across The Gregory's home. It was literally the pictures shown on the website and the images were even better in person! We really loved the extra room known as the "Casita" in the front. It provided room for an extra family that needed their space. We really liked the fact that it had 3 bathrooms and it came in handy due to our large amount of crowd. This home really made you feel at home and was very comfortable. Loved the wireless internet and the connection for my IPOD. Verey clean, very well maintained and very spacious. The pool added to the great features of the home and it was what brought our friends and family together. I myself love to cook, and every cook needs a big kitchen. That is exactly what this home had. It came with a fully stocked kitchen along with pots, pans, forks, spones, cups ETC. Overall, great location and minutes away from the lake. I thank The Gregory's for a perfect get away and I assured them I will be a life long customer. :)

We had such an amazing time. This home was exactly as the pictures show. Very clean and beautiful, it was fully stocked with everything we needed. It is located in a very private and quite area. There was plenty of room for all of us and then some. Great people to rent from! We can not wait to go back again.

I have been renting houses in Lake Havasu for 20 years for an event we go to ever year. I have rented from this Family for the last 7 years. This is our 3rd time renting this home over the last few years and it is wonderful. It is our favorite because it has a great location and has a very private set up being set off the road a bit. We share the house with another couple so having the casita makes it even better. It is almost like having two homes for one price. The owners are wonderful to deal withand the house is always very clean and has everything you will need. We will be back again next October.

This house was very clean and comfortable. Two families shared it and it worked out great! The casita out front was a really unique feature that made it really private for one couple! The owners were really wonderful to work with and very prompt in getting back to us with our inquiries. We will absolutely rent this house again when we go to Havasu!

We stayed in this home during the Desert Storm Poker Run, there were 8 adults total. We really liked the location, very central to launch at Windsor also close to restaraunts and shopping. Ross and Cindy had great communication with us and their home was very nice and clean (which is a big deal to me). I would definately recommend this home to my friends and stay here again! Thanks Ross and Cindy!

My parents rented the house for the month of Feb, 2010. My family stayed there for two weeks. Everything was better than expected. The description was very accurate. The granny suite was awesome. Lake Havasu is a great city and the weather was beatiful. I would definately recommend this home. A very nice private area but close to everything (5 minute drive)
