Looking for that perfect vacation spot for the entire family? Look no further! Our condominium is located in beautiful Destin, Florida within Sandpiper Cove Condominiums. This gated, private resort with 24-hour security, resides on 43 acres bordering the Gulf of Mexico's Emerald Coast boasting the largest private beach of soft sugar-white sand and the intercostal waterway. Come and enjoy our 'Beach Condo' just paces from the beach or the pool with three hot tubs.
Enjoy our 1150-square-foot 'Beach Condo' consisting of two master suites, dining room, breakfast bar, and family room equipped with sofa sleeper. The master suite boasts a stylish king-size bed with accompanying hi-boy dresser and nightstand while the guest suite is equipped with two twin beds and armoire. Each suite has its own television/VCR, a 32-inch screen TV with DVD/VCR is provided in the family room for those family movies.
For those gourmet enthusiasts, the kitchen is complimented with Silestone countertops and is fully equipped to enjoy the great seafood available within Destin at the local markets. If you do not want to cook while on vacation, dine at the 'Five Star' restaurant on site.
No one enjoys laundry, especially on vacation, but a washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. It is our vacation home-away-from-home able to accommodate up to six adults in a very comfortable and relaxing environment.
As the kids swim in the gulf or enjoy one of the five pools, two of which are heated, sharpen your short game on one of the many putting greens or take in a round of par three golf. If you prefer a green ball to a white one, there are six tennis courts for your enjoyment with three lighted for those late night enthusiasts. Shuffleboard, horseshoes, fishing, crabbing, and docking facilities are also provided within this vast complex. Everything you need to have a relaxing and memorable vacation. You deserve it!

Wonderful condo! We brought our daughter for her first visit to Destin. She loved her room. The unit was spotless. Also convenient to everything. We just spent a week a this condo and loved it! It is tastefully decorated, well maintained, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 3 minutes walk from the pool. The owner was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family of 5 stayed here in May for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was ideal. The unit was perfect for my elderly parents as there were only two steps to manuver. This unit is just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Destin. Sandpiper is centrally located to shopping and restaurants. We hope to come back in the fall.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family stayed here for a week in August '06. We had a fabulous time!! The condo was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We felt very at home the entire week. Couldn't find a better location in Destin - right in the middle of everything. Quick walk to the beach. Our family spent a week in July of 2003 at this beautiful condo. The beach was beautiful and the water in the Gulf was like bath water. Our stay at the Sandpiper Cove was very relaxing and enjoyable. The condo was lovely and clean. The walk to the beach was about 3 minutes and easy. The heated pool was wonderful, since we were there in March and the ocean water was alittle cool. I would recommend this condo. About the owner: My wife Lori and I purchased this condo in 1998 after visiting Lori's grandparents at Sandpipercove as 'snow-birds'. We quickly fell in love with the Destin beach and bought this condo to provide for our grandparents in the winter while we enjoy the condo as a family in the summer.
Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Cove:
This condo is decorated as a 'home-away from home' always up-to-date, fresh and in great condition. As owners, we just painted the entire condo the first week of June 2012 and updated most of the furniture and accessories. Wireless internet is also included as an extra bonus.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are located in the Beachwalk section of SPC which is the closest to the private beach and pool with 3 hot tubs strategically positioned. We are a ground level condo so access is easy for hauling those beach toys or swim floats. We have a large fenced back yard so the kids can also play games while cooking in.
