This well maintained 1510 sq ft home is conveniently located in the resort near the Village Mall. The mall is the center for many activities including an ice skating, shopping, dining, etc. The front of the house is paved with pavers. The rear of the house has a nice deck and private hot tub area with a 3 person swing as well as a gas grill. The living area is focused around the wood burning stove and video library. You will find many movies to choose from.
* Each bedroom has its own TV with DVD and or VCR.
* Master Bedroom has King size bed.
* Bedroom 2 has queen size bed.
* Bedroom 3 has two twin beds.
* The dining room has beautiful wood dining table with seating for 7.
* The large kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need including a dishwasher.
* Home comes with 4 adult cruiser bikes and 2 attachments for kids.
Sunriver Resort is well known for its championship golfcourses. It is also well known to ski enthusiasts and bicyclers. In the summer enjoy fishing, kayaking, rafting, or sunbathing by the pool. The resort hosts its own airport for those who like to fly in. There is great shopping in the Sunriver Mall and for those who want a little more just a 15 minute drive to Bend.
Skiiers enjoy Mt Bachelor. Ice Skating is available in the Village Mall. Snowmobiling is also proximate.

June 27-July 7, 2006 We came down from Seattle to celebrate the 4th. We love the shops in the village and we love to watch out for deer. The pool & slide were fun as always and we loved watching the stars from the hot tub.

June 25-27, 2006 We came here for my husband's 35th birthday & for our 2nd honeymoon. We loved our "little cabin" in the woods and our sunriver adventure! The bikes were a blast and this is a great location close to the river & the village. This house is the perfect size and is well stocked. We loved the hot tub and everything about this house. thank you

Dec 28-Jan 01, 2007 Our family enjoyed your beautiful home very much. It is located in a very peaceful area of Sunriver. This is our first time here. The hot tub is wonderful after a long day of snowshooing. Our two boys (15-13) stayed in the fish room and thought it was great. As you have heard you do a well stocked kitchen which was great. the movie selection is good. We watched the whole Indiana Jones Series while we were here. Thanks for letting us use your home

We had a wonderful stay and a fantastic vacation here in Sunriver! Skiing, tubing, snowmobiling and the museum were all packed into the week. May 25-29, 2006 The Bartell "Girls" are back. We enjoyed the house once again. The weather was so cold for May. We made good use of the wood stove, hot tub, and video library. This year the 3 year old fell in love with the fish and claimed that room as hers. We already have plans for next year and hope to be able to stay here again. Thanks
